'Beautiful view from our corner room and room was immaculate. Only complaint - the terrible directions to the parking. why are there no signs for the hotel until you get deep into the lot? we weren't sure we were at the right place. then we tote all our luggage to the elevators to see they are closed and we need to go to another elevator. The worst problem - on our last day the key wouldn't work and we couldn't get the barricade to let us out. My husband went back to the desk and no one knew...
