'Nice stay. Limited popssibilities in region'

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'The hotel was nice but the staff was AMAZING! They are so accommodating and kind. We came with our 10 year old and Nicholas made it so special for him. He shared stories and made him feel like he was only kid there. We will come back. And we will stay here for sure. '

'Great staff at check in, decent food at the hotel restaurant (that’s saying something for hotel food!) and fabulous harbor view room. Very clean. We left very early (5:30 am) to take the complimentary shuttle to Logan Airport. The shuttle arrived right when we got to the lobby and there wasn’t a crowd waiting to get on. All good!'

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '
