'Room was extremely small. Did not appreciate that there were 2 towers, one practical and lower end; the other with larger rooms more amenities and higher end. I did not realize there was a difference in types of rooms until I had reserved the room. However, it was a comfortable room very comfortable bed.'

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'Loved the connection to the convention center for convenience. Short 10 minute walk to the pier with lots of dining options on the water. All the expected amenities provided. Easy cab/uber ride to and from the airport.'

'The hotel and the staff at the pool and front desk were awesome! No complaints about the hotel at all. I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead. Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out. I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved...

Our very warm welcome at the front desk set the tone for our entire stay - snacks, upgrades and the friendliest guy we've been greeted by in years of traveling. Comfortable room (even though it was a little past its prime in terms of design). Great location.'
