'Our state could not have been better. We made the trip to Indianapolis because of a doctors appointment. We are elderly and have some difficulties with mobility. These were accommodated well. We were quickly greeted by valet staff and check in staff. They quickly got us our room two hours early and made the concierge services available to us. Our appointment the next day was not until 2 PM at the VA. Staff graciously allowed us to stay in the room until 1 PM without any extra charge. They...

'We had a pleasant experience. There is construction in progress but i wouldn't hold that as a negative. In fact, I'd like to go back to see the upgrades. We had a small issue in the bathroom but the staff responded immediately to remedy. Food was excellent. I was surprised not find a small convience shop; Unless i missed it or it is part of the renovations. JWS'

'Great place and location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would be a 5 star if they didn’t close their awesome rooftop pool and area at 9 pm. Also the parking garage was under construction as of (6/03/2024) and there is no parking unless you pay the valet, which I think was $45 for 2 days. '

'The hotel is beautiful but parking isn’t too easy. The room was clean but the service was slightly lacking. Also the downstairs bar is too small to accommodate the size of the facility. '

'I was locked out of my hotel the first night had to go to another hotel. Every night after that I had to be back to the hotel by 9 or I was locked out. Our vacation was ruined. The people will not refund my money they keep giving me the runaround it is nonsense!!!! '
