'The lobby is very nice, updated, and welcoming. Easy check-in and their 24-hr market has lots of great food options! The pool and outdoor deck are great! Unfortunately, the 2nd floor open space was very dirty and furniture was worn out. I found a nook to sit and read, however it appeared the area hadn't been vaccuumed or taken care of in months! 'The Hotel is quite interesting in it's layout. Having artwork available was refreshing. The building itself needs updating: carpets/walls etc. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. We had a great breakfast at the Metropole ( connected ) and would eat there again. The parking was very inconvenient and expensive. I would not do that again'

'Was not happy we got a handicapped room rather than the room with a sofa. Need to make it easier to find ice at this hotel. Other than that it was nice.'
