'Unfortunately my stay was during the city wide water outage. This was totally out of the hotel's control. They immediately kicked into action and ensured that my stay was as comfortable as possible'

'We were in town for an event at the Arts Center. The Starling was a perfect location - an easy walk to the venue with plenty of restaurants for pre and post show dining and drinks. Be aware, the hotel bar turns into a dance club on Saturday nights. For some travelers that's a pro, for others it might be a con. '

'When we arrived (our hotel was one of the few not affected by the water main break), we were upgraded to the 11th floor and received great service. Be aware… the 11th floor is directly underneath a nightclub and is verrrry loud. When we requested to be moved to a lower level, we were accommodated and Raheem (sp?) provided excellent service. Shout out to the bartender as well who made an excellent and stiff drink.'

'Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during an Expo. The convention center is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and close to many restaurants. Hotel is new, clean and has comfy rooms. Personnel is very friendly and has a payable valet parking. Fitness center needs an upgrade. Good stay!'
