'Goede accommodatie. Mooi stijlvol hotel. Service in de kamer liet wat te wensen over. 1 badjas en 1 koffiebeker voor een 2 persoonskamer. Ook het schoonmaken werd niet gedaan. Tevens is het parkeren erg onduidelijk. Zouden ze bij inchecken aan moeten geven. '

'The lobby is beautiful, and there is a fun sports bar and a nice restaurant in the building. The staff are nice. We went for one of the cheaper options of rooms. Our room was basic, clean and quite dated. It’s works well if you just need somewhere to sleep and have activities during the day, but it’s not a room we wanted to spend too much time in. We also found that there was a lot of noise disturbance, as we could hear people across the hall. Needs a refresh to match the beautiful lobby! '

'The property was nice however I wish we had a city view of the property in the hotel room we stayed in. I think they had a dranage promblem in the room we were in because the water wouldn't go down quickly. It seemed to be stopped up. That was a huge problem for us. Our overall stay was good. The staff was great! '

'The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. They worked hard to get our group adjoining rooms, gave us suggestions in the area, and overall just super friendly. Pleasantly surprised by the complimentary food and drink in the executive lounge. Very convenient to the lake, riverwalk, Public Market, etc. Would definitely stay again.'

'Combined living area. Super cool, and really a nice difference for a normal hotel. Amazing room, and if you’re not a fan of the combined area I only shared the elevator with one person to the floor for the whole stay. Bar at the hotel has odd hours, but was great.'

'Greg and check in was phenomenal! After a long day of delayed flights and my luggage being missing, they were exceptional on check in. The room is gorgeous and clean! My service at the hotel restuarant was great as well, Shaun was an excellent server and the steak was delicious! I didn't have my luggage, but they sent me up a robe and slippers. Seriously 10 out of 10!'
