'Beautiful hotel in a great location downtown. Our room was not ready when we showed up at 6pm (3 hours after regular check in at 3pm). The pool was closed the night we were there which was one of the reasons we picked the hotel so that was disappointing. '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
