'We waren met een gezin .. 2 volwassenen en 2 kids van 15 en 10. Je hebt wel een grotere kamer nodig dan de eerste kamer die wij hadden gekozen. Maar we kregen een gratis upgrade. Probleem opgelost.. Echt alles wat er geregeld moest worden van reserveringen tot de restaurants was top..! Service is echt goed. Fijn personeel. '

'Comfortable bed. Nice decor. Large window making it nice and light. Liked the large sofa and coffee table in the room. As they have in some other Miami hotels I have stayed in. This hotel would be even better if there was water hydration station in reception or level 25. Although there is a self making coffee machine in room. Complimentary coffee in morning in reception or level 25 would also be appreciated. '

'Wat een verschrikkelijke herrrie in dit hotel. Alsof ze het met een drilboor naast je staan af te breken. 3x bij receptie en een mail gestuurd maar geen reactie.'

'Het hotel is werkelijk prachtig. De entree, de tuin met de mammoet, het zwembad, het strand en de buitenbar waren geweldig. De kamers zijn schitterend en het Japanse toilet maakt het helemaal af. Alleen de incheck was niet top. Er was maar 1 van de 2 kamers klaar om 15:00 uur en er was weinig persoonlijke aandacht.'

'We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. '

'Het hotel zit op een mooie locatie. Helaas maakte de airco op de slaapkamer heel veel lawaai daardoor werden wij steeds wakker. Er was koud water in de badkamer.'

'eerste klas hotel , prima service ,mooie kamer . Echter de extras zoals valet parking , 30 dollar , een glas wijn aan de bar , 15 dollar , overpriced . Ook het ontbijt , beprkte keuze en erg duur .'
