'Good location, amazing terrace, charming concierge. Outdated rooms and floor, massage service a joke, bugs on my towel, outdated bathroom. I recommend the receptionists to intern at an actual 5* to better relate to the needs of visitors expecting a service. Had no clue on what was complementary or charged. Why is this a 5* hotel?????'

'Very stylish hotel with plenty to look at and admire. Birthday cake surprise was a great surprise. The restaurant has a great but simple menu. Service there is sloppy though. Asked for firm pillows and was delivered the same pillows that were in the room. On check out informed by duty manager in fact they had firm pillows but a mix up happened. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel were 2 nights sleeps were bad due to this. Its an expensive mistake on behalf of the hotel. Also check out invoice not...

'Prima hotel, heerlijk ontbijt. Wel massaal. Ik had een suiite, met de douche in het bad. Niet echt comfortabel. Waterdruk niet echt geweldig en de douchekop bleef niet goed hangen. Zeer slecht Wifi- ontvangst, moest veel van mijn werkzaamheden via hotspot doen. . '

'We had stayed in their suite which was very nice. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We all loved the breakfast as the chef prepared something extra each day. Staff was courteous. Location is great as its walking diatance to Palladium mall and Namesti Republiky.'
