'Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Boston. Op loopafstand van winkels, een autoverhuurbedrijf en diverse restaurantjes. Het ontbijt in het hotel is duur. De service is geweldig, op de ontvangst bij aankomst na. Wij moesten wachten tot onze kamer vrij was en de receptioniste was niet erg vriendelijk. Verder is het personeel ( van kamermeisje tot portier) enorm dienstverlenend en servicegericht. Het is zeker een aanrader om dit hotel te boeken!'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'My stay was lovely. In ordering a cheese plate to await my arrival, a friend alerted the staff that it was my birthday. When I entered my very handsome room, a gorgeous little chocolate bday cake, under domed glass, sat waiting for me. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly attentive, the speakeasy was fun for a delicious cocktail, and the overall atmosphere was one of restrained indulgence. The place doesn’t feel ostentatious. Its elegance was much more understated. I loved it'
