The staff are friendly and nice. The place however is sub-par compared to similar hostels. I did not enjoy the overall experience and wanted to leave after my first night (booked for 2 nights). They said they couldn't give me a refund for the second night - which is understandable but I am still waiting for a refund of local and council taxes collected for both nights.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok Das Hostel hat eine gute Lage. Man ist schnell im Zentrum von Amsterdam. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Kuh-Zimmer war sehr klein und auch hellhörig. Aus der Toilette kamen unangenehme Gerüche, die nach Kanalisation erinnerten. In der Küche lebte eine Katze, die war niedlich, aber bediente sich leider auch am Buffet. Für Katzenhaar-Allergiker nicht geeignet. Für 3 Nächte ok, denn ab dem letzten Abend hatten wir kein warmes Wasser mehr...

Exceelnte lugar para un fin de semana en Amsterdam, el baño huele un poco mal de vez en cuando, sin embargo, es de esperarse por la antigüedad de las coladeras. y el internet en el piso 2 no funciona muy bien Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aunque no si necesitará trabajar ahí

At first, we were not impressed, but our stay in the Tulip Room turned out to be great - small & cozy, had a nice private shower &bath- located off the kitchen & common area, easy access to exterior back patio area, quite & great assistance from the staff, easy access to local transit, museums - turned out to be great!

Nice stay
Nice hostel fairly small, friendly staff, nice lounge and garden space. Not too lively but might be more at other times. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was bathroom cleanliness - there was a lot of mould and broken floor tiles.

Highest all around recommendation to solo traveler
The hospitality was over-the-top excellent, and more importantly it was genuine. If one is traveling alone and would like to meet people, then this is the place. The staff act as gracious and most accommodating hosts who closely interact and participate with you. A special thank you to Joey and Isabela. Location is excellent. The hostel is comfortable, cosy and clean.

Nope, not for me, no elevator!
I don’t like this hostel at. It’s sooooo inconvenient. No elevators!!!! It’s in a deathly old building. The guy that was the office manager was rudeish. Then I got placed on a top bunk that was about 4 stories high from the ground. If I were to fall death would have been upon me. Not broken bones, but death. Not a place for adults over the age of 24. Everyone is young. I didn’t stay the night bc I had a hotel booked but thank God I didn’t bc I already didn’t like the place or the vibes. Also someone left a glass cup on the ladder. Never staying there again and wouldn’t recommend it.

Location / direction: Close to Frederiksplein stop, which runs 4, 1, 7, and 19 trams. Also close to Weesperplein metro stop. Easily accessible to and from anywhere else in Amsterdam and probably the best thing about the hostel. Facility: Building is a little outdated; no AC in the rooms, but it's generally raining in Amsterdam so it doesn't get too hot anyways - mosquitoes and bugs, though, could be a problem Amenities: Free luggage storage after check-out, as long as you pick them up before 10 pm (when the staff leaves) Free breakfast, with toast, cereal, yogurt, milk, jam, fruits

근처에 하이네켄 양조장 투어, 반고흐 뮤지엄, 미술관 등등 있고 중앙역, 암스텔역까지 걸어서 30분정도 인데 호스텔 바로앞에 지나가는 4번 트램이 두 기차역을 왓다갔다해서 교통도 편해요. 코앞에 유명한 시장 있어서 구경하시기도 괜찮습니다. 무엇보다 스탭들이 다들 재밌고 친절하고 본인들도 여기서 일하는 것을 상당히 즐기는 것 같아서 보기 좋았네요.

可以認識到很多人的地方（交通方便
步行2-3分鐘就有輕軌和公車 最喜歡他們的客廳區和廚房區，很溫馨大家都會在那邊坐著休息聊天！住在這可以認識到很多人，晚上大家還會一起去酒吧！早上他們提供簡便的早餐，茶跟零食還有一些麵食24小時免費供應！

Es un hostel muy agrable la fachada es interesante, la antención fue muy buena mi litera era de tres pisos por lo que fue algo muy interesante con una vista al patio de la casa que fue muy agradable, al momento del check in te dan un mapa con todas las zonas recomendables de Amsterdam. lo recomiendo
