Luxe verblijf in het hart van Amsterdam
Fantastisch luxe hotel in het centrum van Amsterdam. In deze tijd is, zolang winkels en horeca tot ieders spijt nog gesloten zijn, de hoofdstad in zijn puurste vorm te zien. Verblijf op deze mooie plek met fijn personeel die een prima service bieden. De kamers zijn royaal en prachtig van uitvoering. Ontbijt met ruime keuze wordt voor de kamerdeur op het gewenste tijdstip neergezet en is uitstekend.

Niet helemaal de moeite waard
Het hotel is centraal gelegen in de stad. Onze kamer was schoon en zag er mooi uit. Kies niet voor het ontbijt, want de kwaliteit en keuzes vallen tegen en zijn naar onze mening niet wat je mag verwachten van een 5-sterren hotel.

Blijft een fantastisch hotel
De service is zoals altijd top. Met 2 restaurants, het sterrenrestaurant Bord'eau en de brasserie, hoef je echt het hotel niet uit.De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en dan bedoel ik ook echt ALLE gemakken. Heerlijk zelf een espresso zetten op je kamer, is fantastisch.Hoogstens zijn de bedden wat aan de harde kant voor mijn smaak, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Wij komen terug.

The hotel provides a lovely comfortable experience. The staff are extremely helpful and on two occasions the offered buggy transport was very worthwhile and appreciated. The Trattoria and Flore restaurants were a delight. Book well in advance for the Flore -world class and worth the two star Michelin award. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Amsterdam. The only slight hiccup was the not so good Crogue Monsieur and Brioche snacks ad on the first day. Otherwise the food was lovely. A pleasure to have breakfast overlooking the Amstel river. Would go there again at the drop of a hat.

Twice in one day the hotel staff entered our room while we were in it, the last time at 10:30 pm when we were already in bed. Too many of the staff were rude and unhelpful.Room cost was $1,000 for the night, a total waste of money. Pick another place to stay.

This hotel is first class in every respect. The only caution I would recommend guests to confirm where exactly their room is. About 1/2 the rooms have great river views. The other views are disappointing.

FANTASTIC! I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a five-star hotel with everything you imagine. Great central location convenient to everything. Right beside the canal with fantastic views. You can enjoy breakfast and lunch sitting beside the canal. Coincidence and staffs are truly friendly and professional. One of the very best in the world.

This hotel has become our home in Amsterdam. We love the staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are clean and luxurious. A few aspects of the hotel were missing from our prior visits. The most notable was a lack of live music which once greatly added to the character of this fine hotel. The second was the removal of the bar at the far end of the lobby which was a nice place to sit, enjoy a drink and socialize. The lobby is still lovely, but perhaps just a tad less welcoming and social than it once was. Anyway, we love this hotel and plan to return soon.

De L'Europe was an amazing place and we will definitely be back. The location is second to none, and the service, food options and concierge are incredible. We have stayed a few places in Amsterdam and this is the one we will return to.
