Heartwarming service check in & check out. Perfect location close to museum areas. Literally the Vondelpark around the corner. Pity that the room won’t be ready until after 4 pm and beware of the early hard walkers on the side walk if the windows just next to it.

Fijn hotel op een steenworp afstand van Vondelpark
Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne kamer zonder poespas. Wat een rustige plek midden in de stad! Na het ontbijt lekker in het Vondelpark gewandeld. Ze verhuren ook fietsen. Fijn bed. En prima ontbijt. Erg tevreden!

Compacte kamers, maar alles zit er in.Gesitueerd in mooie, rustige wijk, vlakbij museumplein. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt.

Good choice
Very nice boutique hotel 50 meters from Vondelpark en 10 minutes walk into the center. close to Van Gogh Museum and public transport around the corner makes this a ideal hotel for a short stay in Amsterdam

Gunstige ligging tov attracties+OV; net hotel
Dit hotel is gustig gelegen tov veel attracties van amsterdam; Kamers zijn netjes; Er is een lift aanwezig. De straat waaraan het hotel ligt is een niet doorgaande straat dus lekker rustig. Uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op het vondelpark dus de naam is terecht ;-) Wat wel opvallend was, was dat we alsnog toeristenbelasting moesten betalen terwijl er op onze orderbevestiging expliciet stond dat het totaalbedrag inclusief alle belastingen was... Beetje vreemd.

A nice hotel in a wonderful location. Vondelpark is practically right outside your door! The rooms are nice, but nothing fancy. The breakfast buffet is minimal, but a convenient option for a quick bite. The staff is very nice and accommodating. It would not be my first choice if you're looking to stay somewhere fancy, but if you care more about being in a fantastic location and are okay with everything else just being "pretty good," this is the place for you.

The hotel was clean and in a very nice area of Amsterdam Only complain was that wardroom was not cleaned and towels were not changed for two days but Bekram the receptionist was very helpful when we complained and made sure that we have fresh towels There was also free coffee croissant and fruits every morning in the basement for free

Perfect for a long weekend with everything you need. Only downside was the hairdryer which stayed on for about a minute then you had to wait to use it again.

Great Comfort Hotel.
It was really GREAT hotel.Each staff was kind and friendly.My room was "comfort room". It was not so big room but not so small. It was so comfy room for myself. Really clean room. Bath room perfect clean. They had a Coffee machine. Anytime, I can drink coffee, tea, hot water. Hotel is located at Museum area. For me, easy to get Museum. Accuse to AMS Airport also easy.

A nice quiet hotel very handy for the Rijksmuseum and other art galleries, also the Concertgebouw. The single room I had was good for a short stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. This hotel does not have a restaurant but there were several places to eat and drink within a short walk.

A great quiet neighborhood near museums
This hotel is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood that is a 5 mins walk to the Museumplein and 10-30 mins walk into the busier bar/shopping/red light district. Be prepared to walk in order to see everything. Cute cafès within 5 mins walk. Staff were very friendly. They told us beforehand that the hair dryer did not work in the room but had one at the front desk, when needed. Great hot showers. Rooms were nicely maintained and clean. The only minor "cons" were you could hear people in the hallways but everyone was quiet and respectful.

Spent one night here before I had to fly home. It was in a lovely location. Staff were nothing but helpful and friendly. I turned up early and asked if I could leave my luggage there as check in wasn't for a few hours, also left it there the following morning after check out as my flight wasn't until late - they were more than happy to accommodate that. Room was clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend. Great location for a lot of sites. Easy enough to walk to places if you don't want to take public transport.

Fiquei em um quarto bem pequeno. O Hotel fica na região dos museus, em uma área residencial e silenciosa. O atendente era do Nepal e foi muito gentil e atencioso.

Nice and friendly hotel
Great place with incredibly helpful staff. The breakfast was good and of good value for the price (7.5€ pr person). The pillows are a bit big for my taste, but the bed was good over all. The place is next to a cosy park and the museums. Also close to supermarket Albert Heijn,which is convenient. Will come back!

Basically, it had everything but it was very small. Maybe due to the fact that I had a single room. Watching TV would have been hardly possible because it was very high on the wall of the narrow room. Unfortunately, the Room being situated over the main entrance I could hear every door opening and closing. They only offered me another room as an upgrade which I would need to pay for. On checkout they complained on rating this checkin experience as not so good. This is maybe the worst point, because I think as a customer I have the right to express may dissatisfaction with a service - Independently if others had the same experience or not. But complaining about a complaining customer to the customer is not very customer friendly. On the positive side the hotel was located near a beautiful park in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Make sure to get a bike to discover Amsterdam from there.

Fantastic Location!
We had a most pleasant stay in this modest sized hotel and in a quiet neighborhood street just beyond the Museum square. The room and bed were excellent! We had some issues with the room cleaning which were resolved. There’s a pleasant breakfast room in the basement with adequate food.

美術館巡りに2泊滞在
最上階の角部屋だったのでとても快適でした！天窓が付いてるバスルームもあって良いホテルでした。周辺は美術館やダイヤモンド博物館があり、治安も良いです。駅からはトラムで少し(30分ぐらい)かかります。

The front reception people were extremely helpful. Jackie showed us , on maps, where we wanted to go. She also offered great suggestions of things to do and places to eat.. She also was very helpful by arranging our transportation to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. It is close to many attractions that we could walk to. It is not on a busy street so it's quiet at night.

Hotel simples, sem requinte, mas muito bem localizado, perto dos museus e de bons restaurantes. Lugar muito sossegado. O quarto é pequeno, porém confortável. Gostei da cama e banho,e do café da manhã. Além do excelente atendimento dos funcionários.

바로 옆이 폰델공원이라 외출할때 공원으로 지나가면 산책 기분도 나고 정말 좋았어요. 스텝분들도 항상 친절하고 밝게 먼저 인사해주시고 룸상태도 깨끗하고 밤에도 조용해서 정말 편하게 지냈습니다. 암스테르담을 또 방문한다면 여기서 또 지내고 싶어요.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: ruhig aber trotzdem nicht weit von ab vom Geschehen. Eine Tram Station ist nur 3 geh Minuten entfährnt und auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, wie zum Beispiel das Van Gogh Museum. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe (klein aber nicht eng und da man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist völlig ausreichend) und beinhalten alles was man braucht. Es ist sauber, schön hergerichtet und nachts, dank der guten Lage, angenehm ruhig. Das Personal ist auch überaus freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Besuch wieder buchen!

Just what I wanted.
Great for a stopover in South Amsterdam. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great bathroom with heated tiles (just what you want when it's -2C outside!) Breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff nice. Close to all the touristy things. Great shops, restaurants, buildings, bars in the area. You might even see a canal... A bit expensive for what it is but it is in the middle of Amsterdam. I'd stay again to go and see my friend and her famous pianist husband...woo hoo!

Piccolo, semplice e pratico.
Hotel piccolo e molto semplice, posizione più che buona in zona tranquilla, personale molto cordiale. Dimensione camere e scelta colazione non eccezionali, ma esperienza positiva.
