Zeer vriendelijke receptionisten, goed ontbijt buffet, mooie kamers en de ligging van het hotel is heel centraal.

Goed gelegen hotel met vriendelijke personeel!
We hebben 1 nacht verbleven in dit hotel. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de keuze was ruim voldoende. Enig minpuntje was dat onze kamer erg warm was, de airco geen soulaas gaf en uitkeek op een betonnen muur. Bij een volgend bezoek zullen we hier rekening mee houden en onze voorkeur hieromtrent duidelijker aangeven.

upgrade voor een kamer met drie bedden was niet doorgekomen. Vervolgens wel in upgrade kamer geplaatst. Kamer werd nog schoongemaakt konden we verkassen. Volgens systeem had ik nog niet betaald. Wat wel zo was. Heb ik via eigen mail moet aantonen.

Mooie hotelkamers, van alles voorzien. Het ontbijt was goed en de ligging van het hotel is super met tramhalte recht voor de deur.

Prima voor een nachtje na het stappen
De kamer was erg klein, maar voldoende aangezien wij er alleen geslapen hebben na het Amsterdam Dance Event in de Escape, een paar deuren verder op het Rembrandtplein. Tram stopte voor de deur en vriendelijke ontvangst. Binnen een paar minuten de gevraagde strijkplank en strijkbout op de kamer. Totaal geen geluidsoverlast van de clubs, maar wij hadden wel een kamer aan de achterzijde van het hotel. Het was heerlijk om pas om 12.00 uur uit te moeten checken, zeker omdat wij pas rond 3 uur 's nachts weer terug op de kamer waren. Koffie- en theefaciliteit op de kamer was ook erg prettig. Enig minpunt was de grootte van de kamer en de badkamer rook erg muffig maar was wel schoon.

Our 1st time staying in a central hotel in Amsterdam. The hotel is perfectly convenient for all your needs. There are some lovely restaurants and cafe's near by. The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff always appeared happy and accomodating. The room we had was very spacious, with a huge window that you could open up slightly. The room was a little cold (i would rather be cold, my partner prefers the warmth) there was an oil heater in the room on arrival. This helped and took the chill out of the room! The beds were a little uncomfortable for us and could of been abit firmer (personal choice). I would consider staying here again.

Everything was really good except that the hotel doesn’t have AC and only has a central cooling system. For rooms that face into the sun all afternoon and evening this means the room is like a sauna.

The location is the best part of the hotel. Two of the main trams to/from the central station and to other parts of amsterdam was great! The park in front was good and we could walk and hang in the benches in the park. I liked that the hotel was not too large so no need to walk too far from the elevators to the room. Room size was large for Europe and comfortable for two people with lots of luggage.

Al realizar el check in, nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista que esperaramos un par de horas y que nuestra habitación era de las mejores con muy buena vista, al volver aun no estaba lista sin darnos un tiempo estimado de espera, refiriendo que no era prioridad nuestra habitación, ofreciéndonos otra en la parte de atrás, por lo que no nos quedo de otra que tomarla, sin recibir una mínima disculpa, pero si esos inconvenientes no te molestan el hotel esta en muy buena zona, con habitaciones amplias.

Prime location, convenient walking for all nearby sights of interest. Breakfast buffet was lovely, and special requests were instantly accommodated. Concierge extremely helpful for all transit and ticket requests. A LOT of noise at night from the pubs and clubs nearby, until sunrise. There appeared to be occasional housekeeping staff shortages, but the staff themselves were meticulous.

시내 주요 관광지에서 가까운게 최대장점입니다.호텔 바로앞에 트램 정거장이 있어 트램이용시 편리합니다. 객실 청소 상태는 깨끗합니다. 다만, 호텔 1층과 주변이 카페 및 음식점들이 많아 밤에는 늦게까지 시끄럽고, 트램이 다니는 소음이 있습니다. 그리고, 호텔 바로앞까지 택시나 우버가 들어오지 못합니다. 우버를 이용할시에는 조금 걸어 나가야 합니다.

Love the location but be aware it has lots of nightclubs on its door step so if you get a square facing room you have to deal with noise 24/7

The staff were lovely & so helpful! There are lots of restaurants & bars in the area, and trams 4 and 14 stop right in front of the hotel. My room looked right out on the square, and I was a bit nervous that it would be noisy; it is with the window open, but once you close the window, it's very quiet. I would definitely go back here.

Excellent location, well trained and friendly staff, clean rooms. Very safe. Highly recommended for family vacations. Very good reception / help desk staff Ranjeeta, Jessa, Roji who helped in bookings and planning tourist attractions. Overall a great experience!

El hotel está ubicado frente a un parque/plaza en las afueras de la zona con alta concentración de turismo, pero puedes llegar facilmente caminando a los principales lugares de interés, si no quieres caminar, también tienes una parada de tranvia frente a la puerta del hotel. Alrededor hay restaurantes, bares, mercados, etc. El personal es muy amable (tuve suerte, había personal que hablaba español). Muy buen servicio de desayuno.
