Top locatie super vriendelijk personeel kamers waren heel proper en de bed was super comfortabel. Hotel bevindt zich in het centrum. Had echter schrik door het geluidsoverlast maar het was zeer goed geisoleerd. Bedankt

lekker bed. mooie locatie. Goede service van medewerkers maar verder was kamer niet zo netjes schoongemaakt. er lag nog wat stof op de grond en in de minibar stond nog chips die opgegeten was door de vorige gast, maar niet vervangen was door een nieuw.

De service was zeer vriendelijk en de ligging aan De Dam top! We kregen bij inchecken een gratis upgrade, helemaal super. Een mooie hernieuwde kamer op de 2e verdieping met uitzicht op De Dam. Helaas deed de airco het niet maar dit werd direct opgelost met een andere kamer op de 3e verdieping. Deze was qua inrichting wel meer gedateerd dan de kamer op verdieping 2. Het team is buitengewoon aardig en geeft een waar gevoel van thuiskomen! Dankjulliewel

Pros: -Very clean -Large/modern rooms with wall to wall window and a view of the area -Centralized location -We were able to check in 2 hours early Cons: -Very noisy INSIDE of the hotel. Our room was located off of a random set of stairs that was used by the staff so multiple times per hour, 24 hours per day, the staff would stomp up/down the stairs and slam the very heavy adjacent door as they entered/exited the room, which shook the walls and door to our room. It was impossible to get any quiet time at any hour. -Even though we displayed the "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff still entered the room for some reason, and left a water bottle in an obscure location (we did not ask for water or for any type of service).

The hotel staff were amazing from start to finish. Welcoming and helpful. We went with my son and daughter in law to celebrate their 30th. The staff arranged cake, champagne, decorated room and went over and beyond their care. I fell on cobble stones so daily had help with ice packs and the restaurant attached to hotel were amazing too especially you you lad, barman who was so lovely. The staff were simply all amazing the hotel so central too. Perfect!

Awesome hotel, perfect location for a first time visit to Amsterdam. Walking distance to museums, Anne Frank house, canals, train station, trams, metro stops. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good-It was included in our package. We were upgraded to city view. Great people watching. Even though it was busy outside, no issues with noise at all. Bottled water included. The bathroom was very nice, but the tub was not easily accessible. No grab bars for safety and very deep tub. Even my teen had trouble getting in and out. Definitely recommend! If we ever visit Amsterdam again, I would stay here again.

Excellent location. Close to train station/boat launch. Lots of sightseeing was walkable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was super basic with an ultra small window opening to the junkyard in the back sides. Mattress was almost broken. Overall value for the money was not there.

The TV was an old analog tv not enabled for internet, so no Netflix or even you tube. BBC didn't even show because the tv was not digital. I had a king size bed, but i got two single beds which kept falling apart
