'We stayed at the Howell Condo for a second time, our stays being just a few months apart while we visited family. Everything was great! The condo is just as pictured update to date and very clean. There is plenty of space. The location is perfect for our needs. Will stay again.'

'This is such an amazing property / Loft! The owner went above and beyond with nice personal touches to make our stay very memorable. The communication was immediate and very clear and the property itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures. Our kids (6 and 9) enjoyed the books and games and the adults enjoyed the awesome massage chair. Parking is very convenient and there are dozens of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. This was a wonderful experience and we will for sure...

'We had plans all over the metro Detroit area, so this worked well as our place to settle in for the night! The place is quiet and very well stocked. HUGE TV in the 2nd bedroom, which impressed my hubby :) All 3 beds were different surfaces (1 was memory foam), so you should find one that fits your sleep comfort. Thanks for making our 1st time using VRBO so easy and pleasant!'

'This property was late minute but it was just what we needed. My daughter wanted to get away for the night and have access to a pool and this stay was perfect! I always overpack cleaning supplies, towels, etc.. but she was fully stocked on everything. Shanae was quick to respond every time I needed her. We really enjoyed our overnight trip. I’m pretty sure we will book again.'

'This is a nicely furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 half bath condo with walking access to the downtown shops and restaurants. Plenty of extra linens and a nice washer/dryer. Kitchen is spacious with lots of seating. Very convenient and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely stay again.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean! The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We came to watch the football game in Ann Arbor and staying in Taylor worked out perfectly for us, just about 25 mins away with lots of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay.'

'Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.'
