'We had a wonderful night away! It was colder than we anticipated, but the cottage was cozy and clean, and we saw a vast array of wildlife. This was our first VRBO stay, and it couldn’t have been better.'

Thoughtful touches in the kitchen like a new spice rack and other helpful cooking items, which was great because we ate in several times. Neighborhood is established and quiet. 'This is a nice house in a great neighborhood. It’s close to everything in Ann Arbor. Open garage to park in and nice patio furniture out back. A comfortable house. We’ve stayed here twice and definitely would again.'

'What a well supplied home! We had everything we needed for our stay for my extended family. The host took care to have lots of great extras to make the stay even better such as extra blankets, pillow options, toiletries, condiments, great coffee options, etc. Loved having the two separate living areas, a bit table and lots of seating....it's a perfect setup for a larger group. Easy to walk around town and a safe area. Will definitely stay again on our next trip into town.'

'This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor'

'Has everything you need. TONS of beds/bedrooms. Basement is awesome to hang out in. The backyard is cute with a great fire pit. Strict noise curfew enforced.'

'When we first arrived … was a bit worried seeing the jar of earplugs beside the bed but they were never needed. Overall an enjoyable experience and we would recommend this property for convenience, cleanliness, amenities, comfort and attention to detail. The only frustration was the inability to access the streaming services offered on the TV. Could be our age in not being able to figure it all out! Also need to update the directions to the parking spot - red building is white now - and the one...

'Overall, a great little condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Kim was expeditious and prompt. Located close to the University of Michigan and downtown Ann Arbor. A couple of things that could be improved — 1) one of the twin mattresses was squeaky when moving during sleep. 2) the door to the building was always unlocked so anybody could go in and out. These issues were minor and I would definitely stay at Kim’s condo again.'
