The home is a short drive (25-30 min) from the Big House, so it was perfect for a UM football weekend. 'This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. 'Spent Christmas here with family, was a perfect central gathering spot for all relatives from different areas. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, plenty of dishes and glassware. Comfortable furniture and mattresses. Felt very at home. Great yard for 2 small dogs to run around. Quiet neighborhood.'

'We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall.'

'Were in town for UM function in July and all hotels were twice their usual cost. This place was 20 min away, spacious enough for 4-5 people, has outfitted full kitchen and was equal cost of one night at The Graduate where we have stayed. We would come again if here with family.'
