'Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and staff is very friendly. The styling is exactly to my taste ('minimalistic-chique'). Only stayed there for one night for business; may go there again. The only drawback is the insanely expensive overnight parking fees ($40 for Minneapolis is on the steep side) and additional fees for rooftop bar and pool ($25) are a bit much for hotel guests. '

'The employees and management were extremely understanding of my situation, and went above and beyond to help me out. I definitely walked in a little worse for wear, driving 10 hours straight after pulling a full shift on a rig in ND. They even let me dry my laundry after having put it in just a tad too late at night (drying took just an extra 10 minutes) and apologizing profusely, these gentlemen told me there was no need for such apologies and it was set in place to stop others from running it...
