'In town to visit Duke Medical. This is the second VRBO that I have rented which did not indicate that you had to walk up a number of flights of stairs to get to the unit. There were multiple 'apartments' in the listing and the walls were thin. We were disturbed by a screaming child in another unit. Bathtub has a consistent annoying leak/drip that could not be stopped. '

'We visited for the Hopscotch Music Festival and probably couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The studio is very cute, comfortable, and makes great use of a small space. It’s a short walk to downtown and nearby restaurants. The owner was very kind and responsive and we felt very welcome. Highly recommended!'

'So cute!! We were there to see Twenty One Pilots. Unfortunately the weather was not great (rain) but I was able to take a walk from the property and it was great. Very nice area with gorgeous homes with lots of character. It was just what we needed. 'I was in Raleigh to cover a couple of college football games and this place more than served my needs. It's a bit small, but with it just being me that was fine. The bed was comfortable, check-in was easy and any question I had Natalia answered quickly. The freeway was nearby so trips into downtown Raleigh were very easy. The only negative I have is that the parking lot got loud at night from people outside talking/yelling. But that is beyond Natalia's control. I would stay here again. '

'The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night.'
