Deze studio is een gloednieuwe ruimte op de 1e verdieping van ons herenhuis. Het heeft een eigen ingang die alleen door onze gasten zal worden gebruikt. De studio heeft veel licht en 9 'plafonds. De Studio heeft een patio met uitzicht op een aangelegde binnenplaats met comfortabele stoelen om u te helpen genieten van happy hours of welke uren dan ook. De studio heeft een volledige kitchenette met een magnetron, een koelkast, een broodrooster, een kookplaat, een hotpot, gefilterd water, Sodastream, een Franse karaf en ook een Kueirig met room. We hebben ook fietsen die we aan onze gasten lenen, zodat u kunt genieten van de North Person Street Corridor en het centrum van Raleigh, op minder dan 1,5 km afstand. We zijn 2 blokken verwijderd van de gratis R-LINE-bus die om de 15 minuten van 07.00 uur tot 23.00 uur fietst en u door het centrum van Raleigh brengt en terug. De stad heeft ook Lime-fietsen en Bird-elektrische scooters. U kunt meestal een Uber of Lyft ophalen met minder dan 5 minuten wachten.

Dit toestel heeft een 55 'Smart Roku-tv met een Samsung-soundbar compleet met subwoofer. We bieden de meeste grote kanalen, zoals Netflix, Starz, Showtime, HBO, Amazon Prime, YouTube en nog veel meer.

We vinden vaak dat mensen vroeg vertrekken, als dat het geval is en je wilt vroeg binnenkomen, zeg 10: ish of zo, we zullen je op de hoogte brengen.

The host was very responsive. He provided necessary instructions for the stay. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. I think if you’re paying 60 for a cleaning fee, the place should be very clean. The apartment could use a deep clean. Overall the stay was okay. It was very close to the wedding venue that we attended. The grass area and neighborhood were great for walking our dog. Our stay would have been more comfortable, if the place was a tad bit cleaner.

This is a great location if you’re doing anything in downtown, but also want to be in a quiet area at night. The studio is super clean, there are so many little amenities throughout the space. Would absolutely consider staying here again during future Raleigh visits.

My husband and I were in town for my daughter and now son in laws wedding. The apartment is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It was gorgeous inside and extremely comfortable!Anything you need in downtown Raleigh is walkable and easily drivable in minutes. Stop scrolling and book!!

Relax

We had a wonderful stay at Tom's apartment. The location was perfect, a short drive to great restaurants, bars and museums. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a Raleigh getaway. Also try out the Ish Deil. Very good deli spot to walk to for lunch.

The efficiency unit is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Location was great, quiet setting and lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Convenient free street parking. Host was onsite, very responsive and gave suggestions and info about the area.

This place pays attention to detail

Tom communicated with me awesomely from booking through check out. This place is incredibly thoughtfully curated for a short stay. Entertainment system is great, bathroom is chefs kiss, entry and exit is both easy and secure. Convenient 24 hr BP station a block over for any last minute cravings. Bedding was verrrry comfortable. When coming back through Raleigh will not be staying anywhere else from now on. Very walkable.

Our stay in Tom's Place was exceptional. They had thought of every little thing a guest might need. We had the choice of a soft pillow or a firm one. Nespresso was a pleasant surprise. The bed and linens were comfortable as was the lounging area. My hubs especially enjoyed the well-appointed bathroom. The architecture of this space was well-thought out and obviously brought to life by skilled crafts people. Don't want to spoil all the surprises we found so you will be pleased and surprised too when you check in!

The owner is very friendly and quick to respond. He was very accommodating and the area was really nice. My partner and I loved the apartment and the bed was super comfortable. Fantastic Host

I stayed here for 3 days and the host, Tom, was not only extremely hospitable, but also communicative, flexible and kind with what I needed. The VRBO was lovely and exactly as advertised, and just what I needed for my stay. I think I have to get a bidet now as theirs was a game changer!! Wedding adventure

Great from beginning to end. The host is fabulous with how-to’s, local restaurants, checking in every once in a while to see if we needed anything refreshed and just to say hi. We were there for a wedding at the venue just behind the VRBO which made it simple for getting ready, having a quiet place to rest and hang out. Coffee in the morning, on the patio was delightful as were the local shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

A great find

The studio was a great find. Tom was a great host. Communication was fantastic. The Nespresso machine was an added bonus. Having coffee on the patio over looking the landscape was relaxing and peaceful. We couldn't ask for a better location, close to many great restaurants. You could leave your car behind and walk, which was good because parking was sometimes difficult to find. The best part is that it is only 2 hours from home. We will definitely be back

Stayed here for a week to help with our son’s wedding, venue right behind the VRBO! Arrived to a lovely suite that was well appointed, quiet and restful space and close to so many conveniences. The host offered great restaurant suggestions as well as checked in on us to make sure we were all set. Tom was always available for our random text messages, giving advice for food or information. Loved the proximity to so much-walkable to downtown, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bikes for the sporty! Next time we are in Raleigh and need a place to stay-this is the best!

Great time!

This was the first step of a driving tour of the South, to celebrate my retirement later this year. The unit was just as promised and the perfect amount of space for a solo traveler or couple. The bed was comfortable, with soft linens. The bathroom had a very fancy toilet, with a seat warmer and dual purpose as a bidet. The shower had good water pressure and was stocked with quality toiletries. The kitchenette came with a microwave, toaster oven, sink, basic dishes/utensils (including wine opener, wine glasses),a small fridge and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a large television with a plethora of channels. There is an abundance of plugs and USB ports in the unit. There is a small sitting porch with chairs and a ceiling fan, plus two bikes for personal use. The location is walking distance to downtown, though we drove mostly due to the wet weather while we were there (parking appears to be free on the weekends though). There is free street parking by the unit. We hit a snag getting my personal code to work to open the door, but Tom was very responsive and quickly corrected the issue. He also offered helpful recommendations during our stay. The cost of the unit was very affordable for the location. My only complaint was the room got just a little warm, but nothing that a small ceiling fan couldn’t address. I highly recommend this studio for a stay in Raleigh!
