Ligging ok, mooi zwembad en kamer, minder ontbijt.
Mooi groot hotel met ruim zwembad en parking. Het ontbijt was een beetje jarig qua keuzes. Vlak bij de Hoogstraat en de fiets van Sparta.

Prima voor bezoek aan opgravingen
We hadden een luxe gevoel met de mooie kamers, mooi zwembad en doordat het er goed verzorgd uitzag. Het is een groot hotel en daardoor krijg je wel het gevoel dat het wat massaler is, dat er groepen kunnen zijn en andere consequenties. De loopafstand naar de opgravingen is geen 10 minuten maar 20-25 minuten. Je kan het beste 's ochtends vroeg gaan of aan het eind vd middag/avond vanwege de hitte en drukte, als je in augustus gaat. In dit geval dan eerst de opgravingen en daarna pas het museum. Wij waren hier met kinderen en vonden een kleine 2 uur voor opgravingen en driekwartier voor het museum genoeg. Het dorpje zelf viel ons mee qua massaliteit.

The room was so pretty, and all details taken care of from the softness of the sheets to bautiful towels. Breakfast was very good, and it is a walkable distance to the town. Easy getting to the main attraction, the archeological site of Olympia. It is also very close to the Olypic games museum which is a must.

The room was comfortable and big (which is rare in Europe in general). It's a grand hotel, but the amenities are old (especially the bathroom) as many other hotels in Olympia. A generous buffet-style breakfast is available, as well as parking. There is a pool, but it was closed for maintenance at the time. There is also a spa, but we did not have time to take advantage. We were there for a special event and the prices and availability at all the hotels in Olympia were high (too high for what you get, unfortunately). This hotel is located towards the end of the village, which makes it quieter. It's about a 15-minute walk to the heart of Olympia.

This property is a partly refurbished hotel with beautiful common areas including a bar and pool. Spacious room which could be improved with updated bathroom facilities. AC was great and beds were very comfortable. Service was adequate.

The hotel is clean, safe and the front check in staff were friendly. The hotel itself would benefit from some modernization- it did not feel like a 4-star hotel. The food buffet (dinner and breakfast) was mediocre at best with food that was not hot and very bland.

Hôtel vétuste, bruyant et mal isolé, qui draine une clientèle de tours operators (bruyante) ... parking tout petit pour le nombre de chambre. Buffet petit déjeuner très médiocre, jus d’orange infect, très peu de choix, dans une grande salle très bruyante ... Piscine biscornue blindée d’enfants bruyant, de parents irrespectueux... donc pas agréable. Offre de restauration ultra basique, loin d’etre extraordinaire ... a l’image du reste de l’etablissement. Équivaut à peine à un 2 étoiles aux standards français.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal que es muy amable, e incluso nos dejaron hasta más tarde la habitación. La comida del restaurante de la piscina también está muy bien. Lo peor, el colchón de las camas es imposible, no se descansa nada. Y una de las habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Además, habíamos cogido media pensión y tuvimos que cenar en el restaurarte a la carta donde no nos descontaron lo que habíamos pagado por la media pensión.

Personal amable, pero no habían limpiado la nevera del anterior inquilino y había hormigas en el baño, que aunque era grande y tenía champú y jabón no tragaba el desagüe. La piscina no llegamos a usarla pero parecía limpia y con muchas tumbonas. No parecía un 4 estrellas

sadly not what we hoped for
We came in off-season so we couldn't enjoy everything that would make the hotel great in heat and sunshine. therefor I could have had a different impression then. However the room had ants and was very outdated even though the hotel supposedly had a refurb not so long ago. The sheets and bed felt cheap and very old. Sadly we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Also the spa should be included when booking a room.

広々とした敷地のスタッフが優しいホテル
部屋のベットが小さかったので、大きな部屋に替えてもらいました。そこはエアコンが壊れていたが、部屋は広く快適でした。 レストランは大きな葡萄の樹の下にあり、横にはプールと解放的。スタッフは皆感じが良いです。 街中からも遠くないです。 家族連れにもおすすめのホテルです。

Bien placé pour visiter Olympie, mais pas un 4*
Hôtel vieillissant... pour certaines chambres... Après un retour mitigé auprès d’hotels.com sur notre 1ère chambre, petite, vieillissante, rideau de douche et lits mou... l’hotel nous a proposé de changer de chambre, et là nous avons eu une chambre fraîchement rénovée. Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner classique, dans une grande grande salle commune pour recevoir des bus entiers... Heureusement pour nous il n’y en a pas eu pendant nos 2 nuits passées sur place. L’hotel Est bien situé pour visiter Olympie à pied. Alors hotel 4 étoiles ou 3 étoiles... Pour nous c’est un 3 étoiles !

It was called a resort and spa most likely because they had spa services available and most likely called it a resort because they served food pool side, however I would not label it a resort/spa. The staff service was good and the food was plentiful and very good. The property looked run down but was in a perfect location.

Ce ne peut pas être un 4 étoiles!!!! Cet hôtel a pris modèle sur les établissements de l'ancienne Europe de l'Est. La salle de restaurant c'est pire que la cantine. Le repas buffet du soir plutôt bon à condition de ne pas rester trop longtemps car le buffet ne semble pas changer souvent. Le petit déjeuner est déprimant. Les chambres n'ont pas été rénovées depuis au moins 50 ans. nous en avons testé plusieurs avant d'en trouver une qui soit acceptable. La literie est insupportable. Les lits sont des vrais planches et on vous explique que tout cela est normal. Les douches sont ridiculement petites et fermées par des rideaux en plastique!!! Bonjour la propreté. La moitié des lumières dans les chambres ne fonctionne pas et les fenêtre sont presque des lucarnes.

Très bel hôtel. Idéalement situé pour la visite d'Olympie. Très jolie piscine. L'accès au jacuzzi, hammam et sauna est en supplément. Très agréable de profiter d'un massage au spa après une journée de balade!

That hotel had seen better days, location was good, 5 minutes walk from town, the room was very roomy, confortable bed, but pretty noisy, Breakfast was just ok. it just look run down overhall. We were there in March and the pool, spa and outdoor area was close.

Dejligt hotel med god service. Ligger tæt på Olympias udgravninger, men i udkanten af den lille by. Der laves buffet om aftenen, da hotellet har mange tur turister. Maden er godtil en favorabel pris. Spa afdelingen betales særskilt, og vi synes både jacusi og sauna var for kolde.

The Worst Experience of Our Honeymoon
The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel. No reservation system besides a piece of paper with their own handwriting on it. They didn't have our reservation, couldn't properly communicate with us and or look it up. Last minute fit us in, then when I explained that we already paid for the reservation I was told, "yes ok". Upon checkout I was given yet another hand wrote bill for more then hotel.com quoted me. I tried to explain again that we paid, showing again our confirmation. After being yelled at we eventually paid AGAIN (not wanting conflict in another country). Will be contacting hotels.com in regards to some kind of refund. Don't go there! Honestly what a mess..

Chambre spacieuse, rénovée dans un style contemporain. Belle sache de douche. Un regret : la réservation stipulait : "chambre de 20m2 offrant un balcon aménagé avec vue sur le jardin" ; en fait il s'agissait d'un balcon de 1,5 m2 et les fenêtres donnaient sur le feuillage d'arbres plantés contre la façade et distants de 20 cm de notre nez ou sur la salle à manger située juste en face et les clims situées sur son toit. Pourtant l'hôtel n'était de loin pas complet.... Pas de chaînes de TV étrangères.

Good value for location
We stayed for one night as part of our road trip to Ancient Olympia. The hotel is within a 15 min walk to main attractions (ancient ruins and museums). The staff was friendly and courteous. Only cons is that the decor could use a refresh, and the WiFi was spotty at times.

Bel hôtel rénové dans site calme
1 nuit de passage pour visiter le site ancien d'Olympie ; on aurait aimé rester un peu plus pour profiter de calme de l'hôtel, de sa piscine, des boutiques du village assez variées. Moins de 10 mn à pied pour rejoindre le coeur du village et le site ancien, sur une petite route très calme. Parking pour la voiture.
