'it's a great place, lots of room, big pool and a tennis court. 3 minutes drive from the nearest beach. you must have a car. very clean and well equipped. too bad there were fire alerts so we couldn't use the outdoor BBQ & pizza over.'

'Wie der Titel schon sagt herrscht eine gute Energie in dem Haus und dem Olivenhain. Der Empfang von Nikos war sehr freundlich und vertrauensvoll. Wir konnten uns dort ungestört entfalten. Ausstattung von Küche, Badetücher, und der Zimmer war reichlich bemessen. Der nächste Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt (Kiesstrand) und es gibt in der Gegend viele schöne kleinere und größere Strände. In Porto Heli kann man gut einkaufen. Mykene und Epidauros als historische Sehenswürdigkeiten ist...

'Manolis was a very responsive host and we loved the neighborhood. Steps as described (a lot of them!) were accurate, but we didn’t mind. What we didn’t notice or understand was the lack of any gathering space - no living room. The deck upstairs did have a beautiful view but it wasn’t very practical- the only access to it was a window sized opening - you pretty much had to crawl out. Just be advised. 'Very good value for money! Only problem we did not have warm water… not a huge problem in July in Greece but needs fixing. Also the beach next door is not nice. But overall kids loved it and it is well situated .'

'Apartment was 2 bedrooms, spacious , clean . A good flight of stairs to go upstairs. A bit difficult to open the doors . The apt was lovely . Location was central if you are parking it can be difficult to find street parking and a bit noisy when you go out to the small balcony. Indoors it's quiet'

'Nikolas was very kind to us! We werw very late because pur luggage was no there at the airport in Athens. Nervertheless we had a great welcome by Nikolas. We enjoyed our stay, nade visits to Mykene, Epidauros and so on. But we also visited the town enjoyed the markets. the resttaurants and even the beach. On the other hand we hat beautiful evenings in the house, we were able to prepare beautiful meals in the fully eqipped kitchen. Thank You Nikolas'
