'The house was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. It had everything we needed, and we even enjoyed the firepit outside. Our only issue is with the showers - you will get clean, but it likely will be a less enjoyable experience. We struggled to find and maintain a suitable temperature for the water, and the showerhead's location and pressure could have been better. 'Being able to hear the night noises and smell the country air is nice to create a relaxed mind. The large overstuffed chair was so comfortable and perfect for reading. I did not bring my dogs but I was pleased to see a side yard fenced in for their safety. -Linda'

'The couple that own this beautiful home care about customer service. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable home at the bottom of this historic valley. Everything works, and they pay attention to details. The two friendly horses and the dog from next door made our group feel welcomed.'

'It was our first stay in the Hot Springs area. The owner was so kind and accommodating. The kids (and some adults) loved seeing the small cows, horses, donkeys and goats. The owner even gave the kids buckets of feed and allowed the kids in the pen with the small goats. With adult supervision, of course. From grilling out, to having water balloon and water gun battles, this place was just what we needed. We plan to be back again next year.'

'The farm house looks really nice. It really is a farm house and sure feels like one. The house provides all you need. There is a car port which is a nice addition. The yard has some junk in it, like old washing machines and stuff (could be the neighbour's). Would be more lovely if this could be removed.'

'We came up for a weekend in Fayetteville to watch several sporting events, as well as visit the college campus. The guest house was not far from campus at all and we loved it! We had everything we needed while we were there and the scenery was beautiful! We'll definitely stay there again!'

'Myself and two long-time friends came up for the Dulcimer Concerts this weekend and stayed at this newly remodeled Farm House. The house was perfect for our time together to visit, sit on the front porch and drink coffee, and to play our dulcimers. And at a very convenient location. The modern farmhouse decor was all new and very cozy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was spotless. This house could easily accommodate a larger group and I would highly recommend it for friends...

'Everything was wonderful from the moment we stepped in the front door. I have never seen such a well equipped and orderly home. They thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Being on a farm and watching the animals was a treat.
