'What you see in the listing is what you get and for my husband and I it was perfect. It was just out of the way enough to feel like you were in the country but close enough to the interstate to go where you wanted. The host and hostess were very nice and easy to communicate with. If we ever come back to this area we would definitely stay there again if available. The only thing that I would recommend is a rail to go up and down the steps. As you get older it’s very helpful. Gets an A+ from us.'

'This place was perfect ! We enjoyed everything about this property and the location couldn’t have been in a better spot . The property was stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. The view was amazing , the hot tub was amazing and one of my favorite parts of this place was , THE TOILET ! Heated toilet seat !!!!! If I had one of these at home I’d never pee standing up again 😂. Thanks Jom and Judy for sharing your property with us , we can’t wait to come back .'

'I liked how clean, quiet, & peaceful the surrounding area around the hotel room was and how the room it self felt like home, I definitely plan to take a family trip sometime or another to Hot Springs and this will for sure be the place we stay. It felt very secure to me with no questions asked. The manager of the Hotel itself was very pleasing and had great communication skills, you can tell he/she really cares about their visitors and their stays with them. He/She was very understanding & nice....

'Had a nice stay in the heart of Little Rock. Did some cycling on the Arkansas River Trail and walked over to the Capital. The host is very responsive to any needs. We were low on dishwasher soap and it appeared outside our door within an hour. I love the gardens and water feature.'
