Alles is nieuw en netjes , word elke dag schoongemaakt en het personeel is erg vriendelijk als je iets vraagt word er erg zijn best gedaan om dan ook maar het beste antwoord te geven , verder is de ligging ideaal je bent overal te voet zo , in het appartement is ook alles aanwezig van koelkast , magnetron tot tosti apparaat , Het is dus super

Propre et confortable, mais le quartier est très bruyant et peu raccoleur (tags inombrables, trottoirs très mal entretenus). Par contre nous ne nous sommes jamais senti en insécurité.

SPOT Apart is located at a convenient place which is close and walkable to shopping, dining, attractions and transportation. The surrounding area may look suspicious but after a couple of days staying there, we think nothing is concerning. The local restaurants nearby have great genuine Greek foods we love the most on this trip!

I am very happy with my stay. We went out at night and theres a rich culture of young locals like 25-40 age group. They mostly wear black and dark colors do so to blend in. Really lovely reception and near by breakfast and food.

Great room, spacious and clean, incredibly large balcony/terrace area, good air conditioning, strong pressure in the shower. Really convenient to have pin access to hotel and rooms so you don’t have fo worry about a key. Would stay again.

Lo SpotApart di trova in una caotica zona di Atene, ma è possibile raggiungere in tutta comodità e tranquillità il centro a piedi in pochissimo tempo. La struttura si presenta bene, alla reception il personale è disponibile e gentilissimo. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con angolo cottura, dalle piccole dimensioni, ma per brevi soggiorni è ok.. La fornitura degli utensili da cucina è ok, mentre il bagno oltre ad essere veramente piccolo, necessitava di manutenzione al box doccia. Nel complesso può essere una buona scelta per visitare la città. Nelle vicinanze ci sono 3 parcheggi a pagamento, quello più comodo e grande ha un costo di 15euro giornalieri.

The property was located in a convenient location allowing walking to museums, restaurants, stores the metro etc. it was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. It was in the city so traffic noises could be heard but not annoying. Check in is self check in though they were extremely responsive and helpful arranging rides to and from the airport. Price was amazing for the value received. Would definitely recommend

Well located for an overnight stay - easy walking from Syntagma and easy access to transport links for our onward. Well located for a quick summit of Lycabetus in between too! However, would use for a longer stay as location and facilities were very good.

DO NOT stay here if you have children! The actual rooms in this property were clean. However, the neighborhood is not the safest and it's right near drug alleys. If you are just adults and can handle the area, then this place is worth the price.

Excelente acomodação, cumpriu as expectativas. Única ressalvas seriam as condicoes da pequena geladeira, que estava com muito gelo no compartimento interno, comprometendo sua utilização. A limpeza do banheiro também não é muito cuidadosa, mas atende um mínimo. Voltaria a me hospedar.

Clean rooms that we’re comfortable. The office staff was friendly and helpful with information. The hotel is in an area that feels a little sketchy, but once you get used to it, it was acceptable enough.

Neues "Hotel" in der 5. Etage eines Bürohauses, sehr abgelegen, umrandet von Baustellen. Gute Lage, wenn man mit der Tallink-Fähre nach Tallin will, sonst sehr weit weg vom Schuss. Ausstattung recht spartanisch. Keine Rezeption, keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Der Pin-Code für Tür und Zimmer wird erst am Check-In-Tag um 15 Uhr per Mail geschickt. Diese wichtige Information könnten Reisenden einigen Stress ersparen. Der Preis war okay

We are sorry you didnt enjoy your stay. We are afraid we didnt understand the Talink Ferry???!We are in Athens..Greece.. As for the decoration yes its minimal as it is shown in the pictures. Reception is open from 10:00-16:00 as again it is mentioned everywhere, cleaning is done every other day and the access instructions are send one day before as yours was and it is in record on the 26th of August (your arrival was on the 27th) at exactly 12:49 pm. I liked the unit however for the towels, I think it’ll be better in white and not gray. During our stay, the TV was not working. The owner should make sure that all equipment and devices are functional. Actually, the place or surroundings seems to be scary versus the Plaka or Syntagma area? It’s cool that the police are visible but made us more scared that the surrounding area is not safe? Overall, my rate is good. Thanks!
