Standout customer service and very accommodating, storing luggage and allowing us early check in. Great breakfast choice just down the road a min walk away. Lovely room with good facilities and great outdoor space with furniture. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Wir waren für 3 Tage in Athen und haben in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Wir hatten eine Suite in einem Gebäude ca. 60m vom Hauptgebäude entfernt (in einer Nebenstraße), dadurch war es im Zimmer nicht so laut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und anscheinend vor kurzem renoviert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend abwechslungsreich und lecker. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Suites is a block down from the main hotel where you check in and have breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water bottles at the front desk. Big shower and nice balcony.

Very close to the metro and acropolis. Their breakfast buffet selection was very good. Staff very friendly and accommodating . The suite we stayed in actually had a small kitchen and we were able to prepare occasional meals.

Not as good as hoped for
I had high hopes based on previous reviews. Positively, the room was lovely and big, the bed was comfy and the buffet was excellent. However the housekeeping was not great and my bathroom floor was not very clean, nor was the kitchen area.

Wonderful two nights stay
We loved our the room we stayed in. It’s modern and has a spacious terrace. The bed was comfortable, the hotel provided bath robes, slippers and even toothbrush with toothpaste. Wonderful breakfast was included in our stay. The area where the hotel is located is lively, full of great restaurants and bars, less than 15 min walk to the Acropolis etc. We enjoyed our time at this hotel.

I definitely recommend it!
In a very central location. If you are planning a touristic trip to Athens, it is very close to everything. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff were engaging and smiling. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Très bel appart-hôtel
Très belle surface pour cet appartement très moderne et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner se prend à l'hôtel du même nom situé à 100m. Je recommande.

Nice location near Acropolis. The suite is actually 3 beds in the same room and not two rooms like in America. But it was large enough to comfortably fit our party of 4. Breakfast was phenomenal and staff was very friendly.

Initially the location of the hotel scared us because it's located on a narrow street with graffiti and not a very clean street. A typical urban environment. But once inside the room or lobby the ambience is extremely nice. The staff were excellent and the morning breakfast was first rate. The room was spacious and clean.It was cleaned everyday. There is car noise from the streets but we were tourists and expected it and didn't bother us. It's a walking distance to the acropolis and other tourist destinations around central athens. There are tons of restaurants around and some bakeries are open 24 hours. I read some alarming reviews .But our experience was very good. The amenities, room and staff made our vacation extremely enjoyable. We stayed for five nights in the hotel. Don't expect 5 star hotel amenities . It's a very well maintained hotel which is clean , has friendly and helpful staff and extremely good breakfast to start your day with . I will go back to this hotel again if ever back in Athens.

1 night at Suites, Syngrou Fix.
Once in the room I was pleased with the room. I received no notice prior to our stay indicating the check in procedure, so we were left standing outside the locked front door. Luckily another family told us to call the number listed on the wall, and luckily I had phone service on my phone. The desk person from down the street gave us a key card to enter and explained things. The room was nice except the additional bed we requested and paid for was a terrible flimsy metal cot that could barely stand up to the weight of the occupant. The included breakfast was great, but not advertised in the rental agreement. In the end we were satisfied that the higher price we paid ( the most for our 10 days in Greece) was okay.

Dear Richard, We appreciate your comments, we would like to mention though that the check in process you refer to (that you had to come to our hotel first) is something that is included in our website, also we always inform our costumers before they arrive and our website clarify this, about the extra bed as we told you is a roll bed and its bought very recently by a well designed brand name so we do not understand this comment , all of our costumers leave our hotel with very satisfying comments about their sleeping time through their staying ! The breakfast was not included in your reservation but we wanted to offer you either you wanted to come or not as a nice welcome to our hotel ! We hope you visit us again and experience the comfort we offer !

Comfort style hotel close to City center
Nice and modern rooms, ideal location for sightseeing. Meeting point for check-in is in a separate location, this was a bit unclear from the official communication, we realized it only after a couple of phone calls.

Gorgeous!
I was blown up away by this brand new property. The rooms are stunning and Hi-Tech. The functional little kitchen in our junior suite was great and we took advantage of our giant balcony. Only 10 minutes to acropolis and plaka.
