Esme was wonderful, she was very friendly and overall she provided great customer service. We stayed in the lower ground level AO room and it was clean, stylishly modern and cozy for three people. We requested taxi service and Esme was kind enough to request a taxi for early morning service as well as gave us a courtesy morning wake up call. Overall, it was great staying at Trendy. It was a good area close to Omonia square which you can get bus and train services and not too far from the Monastiraki flea market.

Great location, not too far from anything. City center is walkable within 30 minutes. The triple room unfortunately was in the lower basement and a bit cold and moist. The couch had a lot of dirt spot. There was some mold developing in the shower.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war hervorragend! Sehr modernes und schönes Hotel, sehr nette und höfliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Sehr sauber. Tolles und immer frisch gefülltes Frühstück. Lediglich die laute Musik der näheren lokale bis in die Nacht war etwas störend.

Staff were excellent, helpful and thoughtful. They stored luggage for me on checkout day. Lost a star because I booked the room with a hot tub, but it was overlooked by the neighbourhood! 😳 Could still use it but had to wear swimsuit.

Det var fint hotell, rent, bra frukost. Men nattpersonal ( en kvinna) var inte trevligt. Det läckte vatten i ett rum och hon bemötte det dåligt till mina vänner. Dom fick byta rum efter övertalning. Han som var receptionsvärd dagtid var supertrevlig och hjälpsam.

Great hotel, friendly staff!
We were staying in Athens before heading out to the Greek isles sailing. This was a perfect location for doing tours of the area. Only complaint was we were on the noisy side of the hotel at night (street out front, people out late and very loud) but earplugs did the trick! Very nice and helpful staff!

Excellent stay, beautiful hotel and great location. We arrived at 11 pm and Maria at the reception was super helpful also the manager was excellent he helped us find a tour guide wich was great. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. Highly recommended.

Personale e servizio ottimi,molto disponibili e gentili. Posizione buona per raggiungere tutto,metro da piazza Omonia. Buona la colazione. Unico neo le stanze per le famiglie per quanto pulite spaziose e ben arredate sono allocate ai piani inferiori e sono umide...con 40 gradi fuori abbiamo dovuto riscaldare l'ambiente !

Die Unterkunft ist neu und sauber. Das Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit. Leider laut, da eine Bar gegenüber und morgens um 7 Uhr wird gehämmert. Die Gegend ist leider grauenhaft. Heruntergekommen und schmutzige Gegend. Abends soll es gefährlich sein da in der Nähe von Omonia. Leider nicht touristenfreundlich

Not safe area for women or solo travelers
The hotel itself is perfectly lovely BUT it’s not located in a safe area. We stayed in two places in Athens, one ten min walk near the agora and this one. It’s a crazy difference in safety. This location has a lot of people on drugs and really bad energy. I would never walk this area alone. Also, our room was across from two bars that blast music that will shake your room until 3-4am. I don’t mind regular city noises but this was way beyond that.

Modern Hotel with good location. At first the neighborhood seems little ruff, but you quickly realize that there's nothing to be afraid of. Streets are full of little shops, cafes, restaurants and metro station is near. Easy to go to the other squares and see all the sights. Our room was really comfy and hot tub on balcony was amazing. Staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good, you can get special coffees and take them to your room and enjoy at your balcony. Only downside was the soundproof of the room door. Yes you can hear the sounds from the streets also, but it's not that loud, but the door to the room wasn't soundproofed at all, so if there was other quest that liked to come in late and make noises in hallway, that was the one that woke you up. Luckily it wasn't problem every night.

The hotel staff is very nice and tries to help with anything that is needed. The hotel's front window was broken by vandals/protesters when we were there. The hotel staff cleaned up the damage and glass overnight.
