'We had a quick birthday celebration for our daughter & it was lovely. Quiet, restful & a great way to reconnect. The home is beautifully appointed & so well decorated. A nice addition would be a list of nearby restaurants and/or grocery stores because the lake confused Yelp greatly (spots that are 3 miles away are an hour drive, to get around the lake). We made due though & would definitely stay there again.'

'Overall we had a great stay, but it was more about price and location than anything. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, so that was great! Rooms are outdated and there were obvious areas that were damaged from water. Carpet was very questionable/gross. Paid for a balcony but there’s rooms above you without a balcony that just open up to your balcony which is odd. Also no light on balcony so can’t use at night. 'Nice budget option for people who want a room with a built-in kitchen. A/C was nice and cold, room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. For a quick overnight stay, it’s a reasonable hotel. Only minor issues I noticed were: - Bathroom toilet paper was awfully thin and scratchy; bring your own. - A/C can get noisy at night, and the rooms are not very soundproofed. - Doors can be hard to open after being unlocked, so you need a lot of force to wrench the thing open. 'We came in for UT Family Weekend. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean, and the entire hotel was spotless. Everyone was nice. We have stayed here before and we love all the Embassy Suites that we have stayed in from Chicago, Colorado, Texas and Florida. The breakfast was delicious! '
