The mini split AC unit had a tick tick tick sound every time the fan ran so that made it a little annoying and the elevator next to my room was stuck in a constant dialing sound. At first, I was told it was normal and then I was told, they were waiting on part. The poolside guy was great and attentive and cheerful, but the front desk people were a bit offputting. 'The unit's location is very accessible to the freeway, grocery store and dining options! The community is quiet and well maintained. The unit's floor plan is good, sized just right and the 2 bedrooms are big as well as the bathrooms. The washer and dryer is a big help and dishwasher as well!
