'Tiny house on the hill is a Capitol Hill gem and perfect for the book launch we attended at Elliott Bay Bookstore (another Seattle gem). Everything you need is provided including parking. Only downside would be if you are mobility challenged. The loft bed is accessed via a ladder (as shown in pics). .'

'It was very clean and inviting inside. There’s no real kitchen but it had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom is very nice! Smart TVs in the rooms. The windows face the back yard which is very green and we saw a mother deer and her faun grazing. Fantastic experience!'

'This place is AMAZING!!!!! My friend and I visited our daughters (and dogs) who live close to the property. We loved the house so much that it was hard to leave. Check in and communication was a breeze. We had to make a change in our reservation midway through and the owners were wonderfully accommodating. DEFINITELY stay here if you have the chance! Great little Italian restaurant just around the corner, beautiful views, showers AMAZING, 5 min walk to beach. Just 5 stars all around!'

'What a great getaway house! It is well-appointed, and the kitchen has everything we need. It was great to be able to charge our vehicle at the house. The beach was amazing for long walks, and terrific mountain biking was close by. The house is exactly as presented in the VRBO description, and the owner was easily accessible. We will be back.'

Just a heads up on a few things we experienced during our stay: - We never received check-in details and had to follow up even an hour before check-in. They weren't too responsive to my messages, so I ended up having to call to inquire. - The cleaning crew left the BBQ on, which we noticed when we went to check it out before heading out for groceries (we had already been there...
