'The place was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and had everything you needed for a get away'

'My husband and I booked this cottage for a short getaway from Tacoma. The cottage was easy to find, and parking was clearly labeled. The cottage is on the property of the hosts, main house, but it felt much more private than that. The Space felt very spacious, there were tons of outlets to plug-in our devices, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for any light meals. They even had an organized drawer with miscellaneous things like tape, safety pins, pens, extra chargers, etc....

'Very quiet and felt isolated, loved the Nespresso! Shower dial was not very ergonomic- easy to nudge and totally change the temperature. Overall, very clean, comfy bed good living space enjoyed our time there although the checkout time was a bit early and by the time I saw the option to check out later for an additional $20 the offer was gone! 'Other than the TV volume not working, I would stay here again but not without a rental car or e-bike as it is difficult to walk directly to restaurants or grocery stores due to cul de sacs and fenced in properties. Very nice cottage for up to 2 persons and very responsive hosts. Go Tartans!'

'The place is really cute, owner has put a lot of thought into making it feel like a retreat. The frosted windows provide privacy. I would offer more variety of teas though… the kind in individual packages. The blankets and comforters were amazingly soft and fluffy and makes me want to find those and buy them myself. Hot tub was not hot when we got there for the first night so that was a bummer… we don’t often spend money to travel like this and considered it a big splurge to get a place with a...

'This place was wonderful and the pictures did not do it justice! It was ann adorable quaint waterfront location and the view spectacular. There were 4 of us and rooms were comfortable. Had all the cooking items needed, and linen. We took the Bremerton Ferry into Seattle which is a nice trip into the city. Then in the evenings we would come back and sit outside next to the water and light the fire. Was a great setup for 3-4 individuals and highly recommend.'

'I come over to West Seattle monthly for diving. I stay in this unit for several reasons - first and foremost, it is cool. If you recall the Grunge explosion, this will be like sleeping in nostaglia. Excellent and eclectic records collection. It is close the restaurants (walking distance) and on the beach. Recommend it for anyone.'

'This our second stay here and once again the cottage did not disappoint! We had an Orca swim by while we were there! The house is clean, neat and has everything we needed for our week-long stay. Lots of wildlife to see and super easy access to the beach.'

'Captain’s Quarters was in a great location, easy walking to Susanne’s Bakery and Millville Pizza, as well as other Gig Harbor landmarks. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay there again.'
