The outside space is very relaxing and enjoyable, but know that it is not fenced, nor is it particularly kid friendly due to some uneven surfaces that are about 6 feet up from the beach. 'I come over to West Seattle monthly for diving. I stay in this unit for several reasons - first and foremost, it is cool. If you recall the Grunge explosion, this will be like sleeping in nostaglia. Excellent and eclectic records collection. It is close the restaurants (walking distance) and on the beach. Recommend it for anyone.'
