'We had an event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club which is 400 feet away from this property. So if you have an event at the Yacht Club this is the PERFECT LOCATION! The house has ALL the amenities and then some! It has bedding which is a very hard find in LBI. It was meticulously clean, games, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and much more! I very highly recommend "Sandy Pants"!!! Jim and Noelle were amazing hosts too! Great communication.'

'My family stayed in Jionni’s condo for a family November wedding. I can’t rave enough. It was extremely clean, spacious, had everything we needed for a long weekend. Jionni was extremely accommodating. The price for November was perfect for 2 families to afford. Do not second guess yourself if you are looking at this rental. You will not be disappointed.'

'We were very happy to find a rental in this price range that has four bedrooms instead of the usual three and two bathrooms instead of one. There are also two common areas - the kitchen/living room downstairs and a large upstairs living room.
