'On average an okay hotel. The shuttle bus from/to airport is for free but useless. We waited for 45’ at the airport but no shuttle (according to the hotel it should run at 19.00 but we waited and waited and …..). A Uber is around CLP 8.000. To the airport it didn’t go between 06.15 and 08.15. We had to be there at 08.00: so useless once again. Noisy rooms due to airplanes. Could use isolated windows!! Staff perfect, as the food.'

Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). "Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish)."
