'Overall it was a nice experience. Tents are very close each other, same as the common areas. Even though we were advice by the silent rule during the evening we still could hear loud people from the next tents and the following da, at the common area. Staff very friendly and useful. Cleaning ladies were so lovely. '

'It is a big mistake teo book this place for three nights. I thought it is not big street but street noise day and night, plus street light conmercial lights so bright. "Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish)."

"On average an okay hotel. The shuttle bus from/to airport is for free but useless. We waited for 45’ at the airport but no shuttle (according to the hotel it should run at 19.00 but we waited and waited and …..). A Uber is around CLP 8.000. To the airport it didn’t go between 06.15 and 08.15. We had to be there at 08.00: so useless once again. Noisy rooms due to airplanes. Could use isolated windows!! Staff perfect, as the food."
