A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. 'This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night.'

Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !'

'We stay'd for two weeks in the paradise at Marzia's , Vlazi's and the kids and the domestic housepets. It was a lovely stay with beaitiful people in an amazing house and surroundings. 'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'Bon séjour très reposant , agréable piscine avec une vue magnifique. Logement très propre avec juste ce qu il faut! Il manquait quand même un fer et une table à repasser. Le jardin est sympa mais pas très entretenu. L agriturismo est situé non loin de Gubbio mais il faut emprunter un petIt chemin pour y accéder. Accueil sympathique.'

'Klassieke villa van wat oudere datum met klassieke inrichting; ligt zeer rustig in de bossen en heuvels; auto is nodig. Winkels en restaurants op 15 minuten rijden. Prachtig zwembad en verwarmd. Er zijn in de villa zeer veel faciliteiten (o.a. biljart) Host is heel vriendelijk en geeft veel informatie, problemen worden snel opgelost. We hebben een prachtige vakantie gehad en zijn tot rust gekomen; natuurlijk is de omgeving met alle mooie steden en natuurschoon fantastisch'

'Het appartement is precies als op de foto's, wellicht mooier in het echt. Wanneer het theater tegenover het appartement haar ramen open heeft, wordt je overspoeld met prachtige muziek. Je zit midden in het centrum, met alle voorzieningen om de hoek. De grotten, kerken, fort etc allemaal de moeite waard om te bezoeken. En de lokale wijnen, moet je geproefd hebben!!'
