The staff was nice and the property and rooms were clean and well maintained. No riff raff at night and no worries about my vehicle being messed with. Also a large, fenced grassy area in the back for the dog to run and potty

The room was dirty, dust on everything, stains and drink rings on bedside tables. TV would stop working and would start again if tapped on the sides, unrelated to clear weather. Was seriously concerned that the sheets were not changed from previous person staying there. Items were askew. Would have left but too exhausted to drive any further. Will never stay at any Motel 6 if this is representative of their facilities.

This is the only property that didn't provide bathbtub stoppers. Why in the world would a hotel have bathtubs where u r unable to take a bath? Doesnt make sense at all

We quite enjoyed our stay at the Motel 6. This was the second time we have stayed at this property. The only thing I found that I didn’t like was not a lot of charging areas for phones and such and the walls of the property were in poor condition, but all in all not a bad stay.

The property was great. Friendly staff. I arrived earlier than planned and they check me in anyways and didn't charge me a fee. They showed me everything I needed to know. They were awesome and the room was clean and it smells awesome when you walk in the door

Everything was great
We traveled from Alabama to biloxi for the weekend, and everything about staying at motel 6 was great. Customer service was top tier, the room was super clean, everything worked and we didn't have any problems with noise from other guest. We most definitely will be staying at motel 6 again.

Traveling Tampa to Austin and wanted to visit Biloxi for the first time. We made a last-minute reservation in the parking lot and the room was everything we needed.

Check in was fine-the young woman who helped my daughter and I check in was very nice. The property was a mix of smoking and non-smoking apparently, because the smell of smoke permeated most everything. Upon entering our room the smell of air freshener was overpowering. The room had essentially no furniture outside of a bed and chest of drawers. The floor was sticky, so I made sure my daughter kept her shoes on. After a long day of traveling all we wanted was a shower, some food and to crash in bed. My daughter used the bathroom and after she flushed some liquid seeped out from the base of the toilet. We spent three minutes in the room and decided we needed to find somewhere else to stay. Hoping for a refund but it isn't looking likely.

Great location, friendly staff, very accommodating. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the rooms were clean but not well kept. There was dust, as if they don’t dust or mop. There was hair in the bathtub. Overall it was just a weekend stay and we made the best of it

It is understandable that you have a no refund policy, however when a guest reaches out because they are involved in an accident while on their way to the property you could show a little sympathy and offer something. I had every intention of staying there but due to an event out of my control you keep the entire payment? I hope you enjoy the money, I will never drop another dime in advance when making reservations anywhere and won’t even look in the direction of your brand when seeking an overnight stay.

when got off elevator, there was vomit by elevator. also there was a smell of marajonia on 2nd floor. also the floor above us sounded like baby elephants running back & forth. but the good thing about staying here was the access to the many places to go to.

Don’t pick the smoking room!!! As soon as we opened the door it smelled like someone just left out smoking and we had to get incense to burn all night so i could breathe… then a roach crawled on the bed😮‍💨 other than that it was ok… location was good

The stay was okay.. holes in the sheet from cigarettes. On the app we booked for a NON SMOKING room & that we were gonna pay there. Before I got there they took the first night price off my card without telling me so when I got there they woman said it declined so she couldn’t pull It up. I then paid for the 2 nights so the next day the 2nd nights stay pulled off my card AFTER I already paid for the 2 nights & now they are telling me they can’t pull it up to give my refund & giving me the run around.
