'Quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking was a challenge, was supposed to have on street parking, but it required a permit. There was garage access but you must drive around the block to get to it and a door opener was not available. No internet, cable or hot water in the ktichen which made dishwashing difficult. 'Great first time visit to Canandaigua. Ryan was super and the condo was just like the pics! We hiked, kayaked, and played pickle ball. The Zac Brown concert was amazing and the venue was close to the condo (but not too close).'

Walking in to the condo we were delighted with the modern styling, but we were drawn immediately to the outside patio area overlooking the lake. The views are amazing! 'New & nice however, needs: hand towel hooks in bathrooms, better blinds & block out curtains in bdrms, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, box springs on both beds rather than plywood bases, shower caddies, wine glasses, more than 1 room key, shower stool/bench (very difficult for women to shave their legs), broom & dust pan, cork screw, tv’s in bdrms, remove one if two closets in 2nd bdrm to make access to hall bathroom (make it a jack & Jill bathroom), washer & dryer. 'This place is absolutely perfect for a quick and relaxing getaway. Loved the beautiful views right off the balcony and the ease of getting around the area around the condo too. We were able to safely go for long walks without the concern of traffic. We had access to a private area of the beach too. Would love to come back here again! 'Convenient location for accessing colleges in the Rochester area. Very clean. We walked around the neighborhood- it’s a neighborhood in transition and has some fun coffee and eating spots. I think 4 people is ideal for this space- a but cramped for many more. Owner had a welcoming treat when we arrived!'

'Stayed for a couple of days to see the eclipse but had cloudy weather. Good thing we had such a nice place to hang out in to make up for the disappointment! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the lake and convenient for shopping. Comfy living room with a big screen TV (we watched March Madness), and a great deck for enjoying the outdoors. 'Beautiful Brand New privately owned 2 bed 2 bath condo with all the amenities of the Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel Canandiuagua. Lots to do! Great restaurants. Live Music. Walking and biking paths. A great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Canandiuagua Lake.'

'This home was everything we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious, away from everyone and the pond was an extra especially with all the fish to be caught and the bull frogs singing. The trail is also very nice. This property is amazing. Nikki, the host and her husband Randy were the best hosts who live right up the road on the pond right next to the pond in front of the home we stayed in. We had trouble connecting the WiFi and Nikki came right over and connected it for us. Randy and my husband...

'Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!'
