Lots of opportunities for games and walking, plus a beautiful balcony for eating and viewing the mountains. Wonderful local activities like hikes and walking around the small city of Blowing Rock. Grandfather Mountain was great. Bass lake and Boone’s Greenway trail were fun. Hope I get to come again.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the property! There was plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the dining spaces were huge! We had fun watching the tadpoles in the pond and listening to the bullfrogs from the porch at night. It was a very convenient location, close to Blowing Rock and Boone. Scott, the host, was readily available when I had questions. It was the perfect space for our big family to make some wonderful memories!'

'Tweetsie House was ideal for our two set of grandparents, two adult child and partners, and a 2-year old! Three levels provided privacy and the open living room and kitchen gave us all time to relax together. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils; the beds had nice linens and were very comfortable; and the large deck and grill had a fabulous view. Blowing Rock and Boone are both just a 15-ish minute drive - and Tweetsie Railroad just eight-ish minutes!! We were lucky...
