With our family of 5 and 3 young kids, we could walk to everywhere in town (brewery, restaurants, coffee, shopping, playground, ice cream), plus we could run or walk to/around Bass Lake. It was a 5-30 minute drive to everything we wanted to see in the area. On top of it, the house was a perfect place to wind down between the backyard, bubbling brook, game room, and eating meals. 'Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!'
