Waters Fall is een opmerkelijk berghuis in de Hound Ears resortgemeenschap, op slechts enkele minuten van Blowing Rock, Boone en Historic Valle Crucis, maar u mag het huis en de prachtige omgeving nooit verlaten! Water stroomt langs het pand en loopt onder het ruime dek en afgeschermde veranda alvorens nog eens 20 'op de rotsen beneden te vallen. Ontspan met familie, vrienden of alleen in je privé-grot.

Het charmante huis beschikt over moderne voorzieningen met behoud van de gezelligheid van een echte bergvakantie. Een geweldige kamer met een massieve houtgestookte stenen open haard en een comfortabele zithoek, samen met een 55-inch smart-tv met de populairste apps, waaronder Netflix en Amazon Video. Met Apple TV kunt u draadloos stomen vanaf uw Apple-computer / iPad / iPhone, terwijl een HDMI-kabel wordt aangesloten op uw computer voor directe streaming. De bijgewerkte keuken is voorzien van een dubbele heteluchtoven, fluisterstille vaatwasser, vuilophaal, magnetron en Amazon Alexa spraakassistent. Elke verdieping heeft een grote slaapkamer met ligbad. De bovenverdieping bad is voorzien van een bubbelbad en aparte douche, samen met een full-size wasmachine en droger. Beklim de wenteltrap naar de zolder van Eagle's Nest - een perfecte privéruimte voor een boomhutachtige ontsnapping.

Geniet buiten van het ruime terras en geniet van het prachtige uitzicht. De afgeschermde veranda is voorzien van een eettafel voor 8 en comfortabele zitplaatsen voor een goede lees of dat middagdutje. U bent slechts een paar minuten naar Blowing Rock en de Blue Ridge Parkway, Valle Crucis of Boone ... en slechts een korte rit naar Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain en alle lokale skigebieden.

Het huis beschikt over handige, vlakke parkeerplaats voor maximaal drie voertuigen en slechts twee stappen van straatniveau naar de ingang van het huis. Hound Ears-vastgoedkosten bieden 24/7 bewaakte / gated beveiliging en 24/7 noodhulp. Het huis bevat ook een 24/7 buiten bewakingscamera gemonteerd onder het dak van de veranda.

Waters Fall is een "speciale momenten" thuis, perfect voor het verkennen van het hele gebied te bieden heeft, of gewoon genieten van een uitje naar het rustgevende gezicht en geluid van water met de zon schijnt door de bomen.

This place is the bomb! Super cool creekside cabin. It is well furnished, as well as being well stocked. Easy to get to, and only a short drive to Boone. If that weren’t enough, the hostess is fantastic! We had no problems, but I felt if one arose, it would be handled promptly. Scattered neighbors close by genuinely seemed friendly and accommodating. Security was 1st class down by the entrance. I can’t say enough positive things about this home. I plan to stay there again soon.

This is the place to be if the sound of a running creek is music to your soul, like ours! Place was super cute, the community is gorgeous & the location is ideal! Took us just minutes to get to the Blueridge Parkway & all its stunning mountain views and downtown Boone which is a visitor’s paradise. This cozy beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The home is clean and well stocked with games, blankets, towels, kitchen tools and anything else you would need for a great mountain weekend. What a hideaway retreat in the mountains! The cabin was clean and basically had everything you could need or want as far as dishes, appliances, and other necessities. I want to say it is cozy but don't mistake that for meaning small or tight as that is not what I am saying. I mean that every space is welcoming and comfortable. The gazebo is amazing, you are surrounded by the sound of water falls and it is really enjoyable. If you want a private getaway nestled in nature, don't miss Waters Fall!

What a perfect getaway. Waters Fall was just what our family needed to celebrate my son’s graduation from ASU. It is a very unique space and the sound of the waterfalls helps leave all the “busyness” behind. Very peaceful. Lynne was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Sun, snow and ice - and everything nice

A lovely, clean and well-cared for cabin in a beautiful setting - our little family truly enjoyed being here. We spent the sunshiny days hiking along the Tanawha trail, out to Hebron Falls (a perfect family ‘playground’), and the short but sweet Green Knob loop. All of these were a a quick and lovely 15’ drive from the cabin.The cabin was well-stocked w firewood and we truly enjoyed a blazing fireplace on the colder nights. The deck and gazebo are extraordinary, and the creek flowing underneath provided a constant and pleasant natural soundtrack for the stay, day and night. We spent time all through the cabin, and were comfortable everywhere really. On our last night, it snowed starting in the evening, and we had a blast throwing snowballs and later having smores inside by the crackling fire, cozy again. We’re from Florida, so waking up to a blanket of snow on our last morning was truly magical. It’s a sweet spot, and gave us a memorable trip, and Lynn is kind and communicative as a host. We hope to return another time.
