'Booking issues from the start. This was not our number one pick. We took what we could find due to previous reservation issues. Check in time was at 4, got there at 430 was not ready. The front office gave us the keys anyways. She said give them 30 min. Over an hour later still not ready. The guy cleaning the room was nice and was trying as it was his first day. No towels until around 830-9. We were coming from the lake and needed to shower to go to the firework show. Made it work since it was...

'We just needed a nice and clean place to stay for 2 nights and the Branson Hotel was the perfect ticket. I was surprised there wasn't a clerk on the property but when we called the 800 number we were immediately answered and our questions resolved. It was especially clean and that is always a biggie for me. We'll be back.'

'The room was cleanish. The bedding and towels need replaced. The manager was extremely friendly and as accommodating as the property itself allows. No bed bugs noted and I raised the bed to look for reminiscences of anything suspicious.'

'It really didn’t look like the advertisement. I had 4 rooms and 1 smelled like mildew, another 1 the beds were sunken. The housekeeping wasn’t up to par. They didn’t clean our rooms for the 2 days that we were there. We had to constantly ask for towels. They didn’t clean the pool after the storm. They said “no pets” but there were some. I will say the customer service was pretty good. '

'The breakfasts were very small on selection. The usually out of items by 8:30. Area’s were really filthy like the bathrooms close to where you eat breakfast. Our room was not stocked with bath soap or tissues. I have done one and done at this one. Sorry but you asked for comments. DP'

'It was a quick trip. We arrived late Friday night and left early Sunday morning. We pretty much only slept and showered at the resort. We didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities. The house was adorable and very convenient. We chose it originally because it offered more bed space than hotels.
