'We had a group of 7, ages 4 - 61. House was fantastic. The information provided regarding the house rules, check in and out requirements, the directions on how to use the furnace, fire pit, hot tub etc. was so helpful and much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen, nice suprise gift in the refrigerator. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great with very comfortable beds. The little ones ( 4 & 6) thought the bunk bed room was super great. the fire pit, hot tub & decks were wonderful. Good location to get...

'We had a full house AND entertained local guests comfortably! Huge living room area, which would have been great if we could have tore everyone out of the large kitchen and dining area where we had so much food to share. (Including a delicious cherry pie…compliments of the fantastic host). There are extra/separate suites for rent if you need even more sleeping accommodations. Super clean and comfortable. Great place to reunite with friends and family at a perfect location. Also, go see Johnny...

'This property was very clean, check-in was smooth with no issues. We had plenty of space and loved having the hot tub to relax in at night. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.'

'It is a nice home. Furniture was clean and nice. I neighborhood was nice and quiet. It can be a little hard to find, but if you read directions from host, you should not have a problem. I think the host is very mindful of needs. I found little extras in the home that was just a nice and thoughtful touch. Like board games, a piza pan, a fan in the closet, and even a dog kennal if you need one. We had a nice relaxing stay. Thanks'

'The property was fantastic. The cabin had everything we needed to cook any meals we wanted. We had 6 adults and 6 children and there was room for so many more. The location was great as it was close enough to everything we wanted to do but far enough away that it was not busy where the cabin was. The hot tub in the morning before the kids got up and at night when the kids were sleeping was great. I would highly recommend renting here.'

'We had so much fun with our extended family staying here. There were a few small things that need to be repaired or replaced, but it didn't take away from our stay. We enjoyed the pool table and covered porch the most. It was a good size space so we could spread out. It was also easy to find.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. But, it is a good thing bugs don't bother us. They really need to get an exterminator. There were lady beetles and others inside the house. The cusions on the upper deck could use a cleaning. Apparently someone has a pet there because there was hair on the cusions.'

'We enjoyed staying at Rest Inn Rivendell for a family reunion. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and the dining table area was large enough for our group. There was a note in the contract to be careful sitting on the bedspreads with body lotion on, so we removed all bedspreads upon arrival and stored them in the closets to avoid any mishaps. We very much enjoyed the game area downstairs, although you can hear everything through the walls in the downstairs bedrooms, so plan accordingly...

'We had a very nice stay. We found out this place was close to all the events. Neighbors are very friendly. Only a couple little things we wished for. Pepper shaker was empty, some paper plates and napkins would be nice,I did bring my own. I do wish Branso would recycle. Thank you for a great time Rose'
