'The home is beautiful, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the living room has several areas for conversation and watching television. We ventured into Kansas City (only a few minutes away) and were impressed with the ease of getting around with this home as our base. We were visiting our daughter and her Kansas family, and had them over for Christmas dinner (arranged ahead of time). They all raved about how nice the house is, and how beautifully it is set...

'Nice House served us well as we were in town for a funeral. We had a few minor issues, but the host and the manager responded immediately and took care of all our concerns. We recommend this property and the host.'

'Kozy in KC was the perfect home away from home for great grandparents to visit their great grandkids. The furnishings are lovely yet functional. The coffee bar!! The showers have everything you need plus plenty of fluffy towels. I could go on and on. They have thought of every nice touch.'

'Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big.'

The house was very maintained and cleaned prior to our arrival. There was plenty of room for our large group and a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this rental and this host'

'The property was clean with multiple beds for a family to sleep comfortability. The property manager was attentive and easily able to be reached for questions. The two beds on the main floor are rather high and my father-in-law had difficulty getting on and off. I would suggest bringing a stable set of steps to get on and off the beds, if this would be a concern for your family. Overall, the property was well stocked and maintained.'
