'The property was very clean, great area and decorated lovely! We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep but the bed was cozy and it felt very homey! The bathroom was sparkling clean. It was perfect for our quick trip to KC for a Sporting game. The host was extremely kind and very responsive! We would stay there again!'

'we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. 'The entry stairs are steep and could use a railing on one of the sides as it's a little precarious as is. There were 2 days where a couple windows were open when we returned in the evening. Once we locked them there were no further issues. Owner was surprised by this. Also the area that the duplex is in has an extremely busy auto/parking issue and thus the street access is very narrow. Not much can be down about this but it should be address by the owner to potential renters.'

'Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big.'

'We chose the duplex because it looked nice and was less than a mile from our son and his family. Perfect choice as a lightning strike took out their neighborhood electricity but our neighborhood still had it, so they “moved” in for a couple of nights!'
