'This is an attractive, well-laid out house with an extremely accommodating owner. The home is pretty small—great for two or three with very little play area inside for kids—but there are several great outside areas on the deck, around the pool and stream. In terms of accessibility, three steps up to the doorway, a step down to the master bedroom and a step up to the ensuite master bath.'

'We all slept well but beds do make lots of noise moving around on them. Bathrooms are clean and very nice.'

The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! 'My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and recently remodeled so everything is new. For our family of four there was tons of space and there is a huge back yard. The neighborhood feels safe and is quiet. There is a really good bagel shop at the end of the street (2 min walk), and a good Italian deli for sandwiches also down the street, along with a few other amenities in walking distance. Street parking was super easy and always available in front of the house or house next...

'The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!'
