The owners have made easy walking mowed paths on their property which is a dog owners delight for early morning or before bedtime pup walks and exploration. 'Liked the room. Liked the location. Parking was in a lot next to the building. I would suggest reading instructions and looking on Google maps at the satellite image of building and the bingo place. Made it very simple to see before we made the drive.'

'This is the place for you if you are looking for quiet and clean, and want to walk to restaurants before and after a day of exploring! We checked in after dark, and the process was seamless! Everything you need to know is in a binder, and the host is nearby if you have questions. We had plenty of room to spread out. The area is walkable and the locals are very friendly. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby (10 min walk). You are ~30 minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia. We would stay here...

'What a wonderful find. 15 minutes to Acadia; 25 minutes to Bar Harbor. This 2 BR unit had everything we needed. James is a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with, helpful ( He even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs to the unit). Beds were very comfortable.Area was quiet. We enjoyed looking a birds & wild turkeys out our window. Be aware the unit is up a flight of stairs which is clearly stated & shown in the pictures. I would stay here again next time I come to Maine.'
