De kamer was groot en dat was fijn. Ook de vrouwen bij de receptie waren erg aardig. Alles was wel wat oud. Het is toe aan een update. Het tapijt was erg vlekkerig en oogde vies. Qua locatie is het top: goed te lopen naar het centrum en ook metro zit dichtbij!

Weinig pluspunten helaas. De staat van het pand is verouderd. Roest in de badkamer, schimmel, airco werkte niet(was 26 graden), receptie in het weekend niet aanwezig. Geen schoonmaak waardoor de kleine vuilnisbakjes doe er stond overvol werden, ene raam kon op de kanfelsfand, andere raam was stuk etc etc etc. Vond het het geld wat ik heb betaald echt niet waard.

Zeker een aanrader!!! Een heel fijn en mooi hotel!. We hadden een mooie kamer met keuken, alles was heel schoon. Parkeren was goed geregeld, de bus is vlakbij naar centrum toe, de supermarkt ook voor ontbijt in het weekend. Voor die tijd contact gehad met de heer Iro Koumaki van het hotel, hij reageerde heel snel op mijn mailtjes en zeer tevreden over de communicatie. Het enige minpuntje vond ik dat de bedden iets te hard waren, maar dat is iets persoonlijks denk ik en dat je om 11.00 uur je kamer moet verlaten. De rest was TOP!! We komen zeker terug :-)

Mooi centraal gelegen hotel.
Prima hotel voor iedereen die een weekend in Brussel wil doorbrengen. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding in een prima onderhouden hotel. Wij waren op tour door België met onze band en speelden één straat verderop dus dit was een prima gelegen hotel. Parking onder het hotel voor slechts 15 euro per nacht is ook zeer aantrekkelijk. Helaas was er in de buurt op zaterdag ochtend niks open voor ontbijt en was er in het hotel in het weekend ook geen ontbijt door het lage animo.

Mooi hotel, nette kamer. Prima voor een kort verblijf in de Belgische hoofdstad. Alleen veel herrie door verkeer, vliegtuigen en laat aankomende gasten waar het hotel niks aan kan doen. Dicht bij metrostation waardoor je zo in het centrum bent.

Driemaal 'no show'
Dit hotel heeft bij lange na niet de service, communicatie en betrouwbaarheid geleverd die je van een vier sterren hotel mag verwachten. Voorafgaand aan mijn verblijf heb ik contact opgenomen om te regelen dat ik 's nachts (01.00 uur) kon inchecken en de auto in de garage kon zetten. Als apartementshotel heeft Ambiorix 8 uur per etmaal iemand aanwezig. De belangrijkste problemen: Bij aankomst vond ik weliswaar de badge om de garage mee te openen, maar de deur bleef gesloten. Het contactnummer van het hotel werd niet opgenomen, en ook de ingesproken voicemail werd niet beantwoord. Ik moest op straat parkeren. Omdat ik van het hotel mijn creditcardgegevens al had afgegeven betekende dit dat ik een en ander moest proberen te corrigeren. Toen ik de volgende dag het kantoor probeerde te bezoeken om 19.00 uur was er niemand aanwezig. Op de laatste avond wilde ik de WiFi van het hotel gebruiken. Deze bleek defect te zijn, zo kreeg ik uiteindelijk per sms te horen na meerdere gesprekken met het contactnummer van het hotel. Daarin las ik ook dat ik de nacht gratis zou krijgen ter compensatie. De volgende ochtend meldde ik mij bij het kantoor, waar toen wel iemand aanwezig was, om de zaken te regelen. De belofte van een gratis nacht was moeilijk te regelen, maar daar zou ik nog over gebeld worden. Dat is nooit meer gebeurd. Ik ben altijd erg tevreden over de hotels van Expedia, dus dit is de eerste keer in jaren dat ik een hotel daadwerkelijk zou ontraden.

B-Aparthotel Ambiorix provides excellent value for money. The room was spacious, with a well-stocked kitchen (with cooktop, sink, refrigerator, and electric tea kettle, as well as dishes, utensils, pots and pans), desk and chair, cable TV, amble bathroom space and a large bed. The only real downside was the condition of the carpet and some of the furnishings--stains noticeable stains on the carpet for instance and dated furniture. However, if you can overlook the items that are dated and worn, it is a very affordable space near the Euro Quarter that provides a plenty of room to get work done and would be comfortable for long and short stay. I have no comments on the staff as I checked myself in as it was a late hour. The self-serve facilities work fine.

Estaba muy limpio, comodo y seguro, me encanto la ubicación y la vista era increíble, el personal del hotel fue muy amable en todo momento, nos ayudaron con todo, nos movimos en uber todo el tiempo así que no sé si es facil desplazarte en metro o autobus, pero la ubicación sin duda la recomiendo, las instalaciones de la cocina y recamara eran muy buenas, las cosas estaban limpias y en buen estado, sin duda volvería!! lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

Good location
Great location, good links to the rest of the city through public transport. Needs refurbishing, quite tired and rundown. Minimal gym, but better than none and free laundry facilities which were most welcomed. Make sure you contact them in advance to get check-in instructions. We didn’t get them and it was a nightmare getting in. However, management was responsive to comments and addressed the situation promptly.

The room and bathroom were very clean but the decor and fittings were a little dated. We had a kitchen area which was well equipped and very clean and had a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge. The bedroom had a huge bed which was very comfortable. Our teenagers slept on the bed settee which was comfortable too. The rooms were bright and airy and had blackout curtains. All rooms overlooked a beautiful park that we used a lot and it had a little kiosk serving drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked the car park which is at the side of the hotel and was very safe and secure. It is underground and was a little challenging with our 7 seater but manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would use the hotel again.

Good size but no maintenance.
Apartment size was good , but floor carpet was very dirty and smelly , apartment smell was bad. Looks like rooms was not opened for long time. Kitchen utensils were only 2 . Dish washer was blocked and we could not open to use. Nice location, apartment maintenance was bad.

L'appartement pour 4 personnes était spacieux et bien agencé, donnant sur cour au calme sur un balcon commun (dommage qu'il ne puisse pas être privatisé). Plutôt bien équipé avec des toilettes separées. Il serait bien d'aménager l'entrée, cela manque de portemanteaux, on ne sait pas où poser ses affaires. La cuisine est aussi fonctionnelle, j'ai apprécié que nous ayons à disposition une éponge et du liquide vaisselle. Bien que l'ensemble soit propre, cela manque d'entretien. Il y a avait une odeur trés forte, la moquette épaisse est tachée et datée. Le canapé lit inconfortable et taché. Peu convenir pour des petits enfants, mais teop léger pour une literie d'adultes, il manquait une latte au bout du lit. Le canapé ouvert, il n'y a que 3 assisses et 2 places au bar. Cela serait bien de rajouter des sièges où il faut manger à tour de rôle, ce n'est pas pratique. Le parking est facile d'accès et sécurisé. Le lieu est très calme. Il faut compter 30 min à pied pour le parc de Bruxelles et 10 min pizr le métro. Plein de commerces et de restaurants à quelques rues.
